This was our fourth time staying at Bougainvillea. We always return for so many reasons. The friendly staff from front desk to every employee we come in contact with. The overall cleanliness of this resort. The quiet relaxed atmosphere.

I had a nice 2-night stay here. I so appreciated the hotel staff staying longer at reception so we could check in, as our tour went later than expected. Check-in was smooth and I felt accommodated. Great location and staff. The bedroom is a good size. The lounge area is pointless as there isn’t any air conditioning in that room. It gets far too hot in there. The rooms are only cleaned after every 2 nights. I’d advise this be changed.
