“Staff were very friendly and efficient. Room was well equiped with tea, coffee, biscuits etc. At midnight we couldn’t get to sleep in room 5 as a dog was constantly barking in the kennels at the Police office outside our room. Colin at reception immediately moved my wife and I to the opposite side of the hotel and all was well. Hotel was clean, warm and tidy and we enjoyed the continental breakfast in the morning which there was plenty to choose from. I would certainly recommend it as it is...

“We were instantly upgraded due to a leak caused by storm Amy in our room. The staff were so good and nothing was too much trouble for them. “Fantastic hotel which has clearly had a lot of work done in recent times. I was greeted warmly by Ricky and checked in to Room 2, which was massive - and simply perfect for my (5 stone) greyhound, as he had space to move.
