"Best hotel in NP even though it’s not the newest one. Bathrooms have been upgraded with nice larg3 walk-in showers. One word of caution though: the shower floors are very slippery when wet and require guests to be very careful to not fall. "Yeah, you have a beautiful view onto the Mekhong River and the Laos mountains, but it’s difficult to believe that this hotel is only 5 years old. Its design and choice of building materials make it look more like vintage 1970’s to 1990’s, and it’s condition (especially bathrooms) is already bad. The worst, however, are the mattresses. It might be equally comfortable to sleep on the floor as on the “hard-like-a-brick” bed. Would definitely not stay here again if/when coming to Nakhon Phanom again...

"Relatively cheap for the high season of Nakhon Phanom. Not walking distance from center, car park not big enough and a bit hard to get out, but can park on the street. Staff is friendly. I got the room 208, on the second floor next to the stairs. It's a bit run down, very basic, just bar soap provided, walls dirty, but the room, bathroom, sheets clean, no fungus, no sign of insects. However, due to the location and acoustics this room is truly horrid. I'm a deep sleeper but I woke up around...
