Lo escojamos por su ubicación y alberca y no me arrepiento. Estábamos cerca de progreso, el camino nos quedaba directo, galerías Mérida estaba a 8 minutos de ida y 4 de regreso, había varios restaurantes al rededor. La alberca ideal para la familia, con distintos niveles para los más pequeños.

Personal nada amable. Por usar expedia basicamente me dieron un cuarto muy incomodo y a pesar de haber disponibilidad en otros cuartos solo comentaeon que ese era el que me tocaba. El cuarto sucio, moscas muertas y los servicios de aire acondicionado y tv no servian adecuadamente. Termine yendome a otro hotel.
