El hotel está bien, muchas toallas , limpio y el desayuno muy bonito y bueno . Me ayudaron a conseguir un taxi a las 4 am y a buen precio. No hay caja de seguridad en el cuarto si necesitas ayuda con la maleta no hay nadie quien te ayude . Por piedad pongan una banca para los fumadores fuera

Excelentes instalaciones, nuevo, cómodo y limpio. La atención del personal espectacular. Desayuno completo y muy bueno. Puntual el servicio de transfer al aeropuerto. Guardaron nuestro equipaje por 19 días sin costo. 100% recomendado para viaje en familia con chicos.

Excelente y con la recepcionista más dulce
El hotel es nuevo y está impecable, la zona es preciosa. Estacionamiento perfecto y gratis. En recepción nos atendió una jovencita rubia de origen cubano que es la chica más dulce que me ha atendido en un hotel en muchos años, creo que su nombre era Victoria.

Expedia no realizo la reserva y en el hotel, no me dieron una solucion, me tuvieron 3 horas para darme una habitacion que tuve que pagar yo, muy mal expedia. !!!!!!!!!..... ademas me tuvieron 2 horas al telefono a costo mio, llamada internacional ......muy mal expedia

Estoy muy molesta, me han echo muchos cargos a la tarjeta de crédito que dimos para el deposito, después de hacer el check out seguí recibiendo cargos, hablé al hotel y me dijeron que ya lo habían devuelto, cosa que no ha pasado, salimos de el hotel el 8 de mayo y todavía el día de hoy 16 de Mayo me hicieron otro cargo por más de 2,000 pesos , NO lo recomiendo

This hotel is just minutes away from the Miami airport, incredibly convenient, rooms and facilities in perfect condition, ample on site free parking with an airport shuttle that we did not use. Breakfast was awesome with several hot and freshly made options. The bathroom was clean and comfortable; they offer an invigorating lemon sugar hand and body wash that we greatly enjoyed. Starbucks and Chinese food literally a few steps away. Rooms are not cleaned daily unless you request it, but we were there for only two nights. Enjoyed a nice lake view, even from the 2nd floor. Will definitely go back.

The staff was very friendly. We arrived at 1:30am…and the check in was smooth. The hotel had a shuttle to the PortMiami.

Having the dining room/buffet on the top floor is very nice and offers a nice view. I found the building to have a bit of a musty smell, and the floor in my room was dirty, which I learned when I went to put my socks on. Not ideal.

This was a very good and clean hotel. The food and drinks were good. We arrived at the hotel early, but we had to wait. The Clerk said that it's usually noisy on the first floor, and he said that he would put us on a higher level when the rooms are clean. When the rooms were ready he STILL kept us on the 1st floor.
