“Book this house!!!!! Everything about this property was PERFECT!!! My kids loved the uno cards with the nfl teams on back. The back yard was beautiful and we pulled up one night and a deer was in the backyard and there are plenty of rabbits hopping around too. Very close to the interstates and that made it even easier. Stores close to the property was another plus. When I come back I will be looking to book here again. ”

“This property is beautiful!! My daughter and I absolutely loved it and it worked so well for her and her Maid of Honor to stay the night before her wedding day. Then all of the Bridesmaids (and me the Mother of Bride) arrived in the early morning hours for hair and make up. Everyone had comfortable places to sit as we all got ready. My daughter and her husband spent their first night together in this house. Memories forever. Thank you to the host!”

“Nice space, very comfortable and peaceful area. Exterior was well lit. Easy access. Beds were soft. Dale responded to my inquiries quickly. Wifi. TVs in 2 bedroom as well as living room. Didn't use kitchen but well stocked. Had a great stay for the Royals Game”

“What a great location for Kansas City, I still can't believe we were able to get this a few days before Nebraska fans invaded the city for the game at Arrowhead. Close to Arrowhead Kauffman, downtown, westport, great food, nice neighborhood, etc. Had a hard time getting a ton of water pressure in the master bathroom shower, but a very very minor issue given how well the house worked for us. ”

“This is a beautiful property! We never turned on a TV, but there are several screens throughout. The host has filled the home with anything a guest may need, and communication was amazing. The pool and lounge area was well used when the weather allowed. We appreciated the feeling of solitude while being close to everything.”

“First, finding the house was a bit of a challenge. It's a bit hidden from the main road and not all map programs seemed to know where to go. The host is trying to get that corrected. The online photos did make the rooms look a bit larger than they actually were, AND we old folks with bad knees found the stairs to the bedrooms a bit challenging, but other than that, it was the perfect headquarters for a long overdue family reunion. The host was amazing, responding instantly every time I called...

“Very cozy place. I don't know KC very well but it seemed like we were close to everything. Quiet neighborhood, the only thing we could hear were the cicadas and birds. Loved it. This place is furnished with everything you need and more. ”

“I needed a place close to the stadium and this fit the bill perfectly. I apparently didn’t throughly read the description that my unit was upstairs but that wasn’t a problem. I had difficulty getting the gate code to work, but Willy came right over and all was well. The place was perfect for me. As for other reviews, I did not have any ant problems and the place was clean. Being from So. CA I loved the hundreds of fireflies at dusk. I would recommend. Just be aware of it being upstairs. ”

“We stayed the weekend leading up to the Chiefs Monday night game and loved the location. It’s minutes away from both the Plaza and the Power & Light District. We loved the decor and the setup was perfect for our kids to stay downstairs while we took the master upstairs. ”

“What a great house- tons of room. Everything was as advertised- parking is on the street, but we had no issues with that. The ballpark was a 20 minute drive. House is pretty central to everything we visited- including some fantastic BBQ!!!”
