"Staff were very friendly and courteous. Kaiseki dinner and buffet breakfast were out of the world! Onsen, water temperature was perfect, and Jungle Onsen was interesting. Our room was tatami room with 2 beds which was large enough and comfortable. Even though the unit was rustic, it was very clean. They had no problem picking us up from the JR station even though I called the hotel in the morning of the arrival day. (Get off at JR Chikugo-Yoshiimachi station.) Yet, when we called the morning prior to our arrival, we were told that we needed to confirm with them at least 3 days...

"We stayed in a room with two double beds and a couch, which slept our family of five comfortably. I loved the bathroom, and the toiletries products provided! The room was quiet, clean, and had space enough to relax and be able to repack our suitcases before our flight back home to America. Staff was kind and helpful as well. We enjoyed our stay very much."
