We had a great stay at this house. It was possibly the cleanest place we had ever stayed in, and the amenities were great. Plenty of utensils, spices, and other kitchen supplies, newer appliances, ample space. We were very happy with the house and the communication when we had a temporary wifi issue.One item to note, especially for those with families, is regarding the pool. It is quiet and private, but it is also very small (smaller than the pictures make it look). We enjoyed it, but we also knew that if there was more than one other family already there, we might as well not go at that time.Overall, we loved the property and enjoyed our stay there.

Clean and comfortable!!

We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for our family. It was clean and had all the comforts of home. It was very easy to check in and out. Jen was friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful vacation!!

Nice home, close to Moab

The 3 couples enjoyed our stay at this home. It was 10-15 minutes from many restaurants. So that each couple had their own bathroom, one couple used the bathroom downstairs. The place was clean and well equipped. Some shade for the hot tub would be great. If you're in the tub in the afternoon, you're in hot sun. We'd stay there again.

Beautiful home in Moab

We loved everything about this beautiful property in Moab. We didn’t love the location as much because it just takes longer to get to everything we enjoy doing as it is south of town. However, if you like being outside the chaos of town, everything else was wonderful.

Amazing!

We had the best family vacation we’ve had in a long time. The home was absolutely beautiful, backyard area was to die for. We spent so much time out there, We loved sitting around the fire pit just talking. So close to everything. We had a great time! Everything was thought of in this house we were in need of nothing. we will for sure stay again!

Oasis in Moab

Our family enjoyed this upscale property during our weeklong stay in Moab. After a day on the trails in the National Parks or off-roading with our Broncos this comfortable property was a lovely spot to come home to and relax! The location was a great central point from the National Parks or nearby off-roading trails. The kitchen was well equipped, and the grill, hot tub and outdoor fire pit were added bonuses to the property! Jen was very communicative and did a great job as the host.

Beautiful home and views and perfect location

The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. Lots of room for two families. We enjoyed the hot tub and bbq on the deck. Location was perfect, close enough to town but we had our own space. And the views were amazing. Jen was great to deal with and set us up wonderfully. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Amazing views, great location.

If you don't spend most of your stay on the back patio enjoying the fire pit and the views then you're missing out. The inside of the house is spectacular with space galore. The kitchen boasts all highend fixtures and finishes as do the bathrooms. Having a 1st floor full bath was unexpected but very handy for our group of 5. We had 2 trucks pulling trailers and parking was never an issue. Jen was amazing to work with as our previous VRBO was a let down so i contacted her last minute and thankfully she had this place available.

Great place just outside of Moab

Fantastic place to stay to explore Moab, Arches and Canyonlands without being too close to Moab. We booked Jen's place not knowing that it was the annual Jeep Safari week. Needless to say we were happy to not be any closer to Moab with all of the activity in town while still being within 5 minutes of grocery stores and restaurants. The home itself was very clean and had all of the amenities we needed including a travel crib and high chair which was a huge help. Jen was easy to communicate with and checking in and out was a breeze.

Great place!

This place was perfect for our group. Easy access to town and trails. We enjoyed the hot tub after the 1/2 marathon. Jen was a great host. Good communication. Beautiful sunrise from the back porch.
