Casale Terranova is composed by a double room with en suite bathroom, a single bedroom with single bed, another bathroom with shower, spacious master bedroom with canopy bed and barrel vault .
Kitchenette overlooking a valley of cherry trees and balcony with a table to relax or to enjoy a coffee, as the view is really beautiful. Living room with wooden table , chairs and a double sofa bed.
Outside at the shadow of a pergola wooden table with chairs, relaxation area with sofas and outdoor kitchen with barbecue.A stair leads to the swimming pool area which is located on an upper level compared to the house, because of the terraced ground. The pool is about 10x4m and it is about 1,50 m in depth
For this reason from the pool and the solarium area it is possible to glimpse breathtaking sunset.
The villa is located 10 mins (driving) from Alberobello, 10 mins (driving) from Monopoli and 15 mins (driving) from the beautiful sandy beaches of Bari south coastal seaside places.
Golf courses 20 min. far, too.
