Staff are always wonderful, and we love the buffet breakfast in the lodge. We stayed in lodge 2 and it felt a bit outdated and run down but we still had a great stay. Will be back in 2 weeks to stay in a deluxe room this time." Our room was next to entrance doors and a vending machine. Paid for a room with walk out access to the hot tub we never had the chance to use with children using it like a pool. Groups of children running the halls and our room was pranked. Called management about the noise but that wasnt a fix all. At check out asked for management to call....never got a call. On the upside though...room was clean & smelled good, bathroom was very nice and had lots of hot water for the shower.
