Duplex house with three bedrooms and a bathroom. Two single beds and one double with mattresses and bedding. It has stationary gas, hot water, electricity, water to drink. Kitchen equipped with sink, stove, refrigerator, and some basic utensils. It has dining room and room for four people.

Guest access
There is entry autonomy; It is not shared. In the colony there are many food services of all kinds and frequent and accessible transportation. The city center -the most touristic part of it- is only 4.2km (10 minutes by bike or 35 minutes by foot), the time by public transport or by car depends on traffic, and can be from 5 minutes to 40 minutes ).

The house has an assigned parking space in the collective parking lot of the colony.

The vast majority of the guests have had a pleasant stay here, and it will be even better if the one who reserves has previous certainty of what is offered and knowledge of the rules of the house, avoiding misunderstandings.
