“Staff were brilliant I have had breakfast before and fantastic plenty to eat Bar. And outside area great lots of room Sad to say it all needs updating up stairs. All bathrooms need updating and decor and carpets need gone. Definitely the WiFi needs sorting out so you can get on it when you are in your room I wanted to chill out and watch Netflix but no internet Apart from that always a lovely stay and they accept dogs which is fab”

“The room, although small was very comfortable with a feeling of space provided by the view. Dinner was very good and the breakfast options were great. Staff were very natural and friendly. Parking is provided at the back of the property in a quiet free public car park, with access to the hotel just a few steps away. I would definitely stay here again when next in the area, with no hesitation.”

“The meals were excellent both for quality and price, staff very helpful. The bed was comfortable however the windows did not close entirely. It was quite warm so not a major problem for us but the windows needed refurbishment so they be opened or closed easily. The electric shower was very weak. These issues were relatively minor given the pluses of staff, food and comfortable beds”

“We chose it for the spa which was well looked after and in good quality. The room was very tired, soft furnishing were ok but paint and decor was very old as was the bathroom. Food at the linden was adequate but at London prices. We only ate there once.”

“This accommodation about 15 to 20 minutes walk into the main town/ harbour. Taking longer if you want to avoid walking through a industrial area. However it was well lit and at no point felt unsafe. Lots of free parking. Very good sized rooms with all needed for a comfortable stay. I would have liked some more lights in the room. But didn't ask . The tea coffee and biscuits in the room excellent quality, the same for the bathroom products. That was a very welcome surprise. The meals at the……

“The staff were excellent and couldn’t be more helpful. The lobby and bar areas were nice. We had to change rooms as our first room wasn’t clean. We were moved to a better room only to find scaffolding being put up outside our room on the first day. We went out for the day and when we came back there were workmen on the scaffolding. We decided to pack up and go home a day earlier than planned. We only stayed one night when we had paid for two. We won’t be going back to this hotel. It needs to……

“This is a great hotel with good Staff the location on the key side is lovely but it is a walk up to the city Centre or a Q3 bus which is not that frequent or walking to Manors Metro which is quite a distance and not a very pleasant walk”
