“Let me,start by saying all the staff were absilutely brilliant and friendly. Hitel gowever seems to be in a state or ill repair. Paint falling off walls and ceilings. Curtainscthat didn't close fully. Heating was never on and very cold in am. Carpets filthy. Door to my room was in very bad state. “Our stay was very good. All rooms are clean and tidy and very comfortable. The only problem was kitchen. Unfortunately the cleanliness was not great. Any cup, plate or pan we wanted to use had to be washed before it could be used. Otherwise we were happy with everything else. There was a problem with heating when we arrived but it has been quickly resolved by maintenance engineer.”

“We booked to stay here the day of arrival in Newcastle, due to sudden cancellations of another hotel! As we were up for graduation it was extremely difficult to find somewhere to stay that day as everywhere was booked up. Claire and her team were our saving grace and found an available apartment for us. They went above and beyond to personally drop the keys to us with a bottle of champagne! The apartment was spacious, clean and in a lovely area. Highly recommend staying here! Thank you ! ”
