“The the staff were amazing. We couldn’t fault anything. On arrival we checked in at reception to be greeted with our room information and all information relevant to the hotel such as parking and food. We were shown to our room which was lovely very comfortable bed and the shower was amazing.
We popped over for dinner and had our son and grandson join us. Our grandson has a peanut allergy. They took this on board and catered for all of us. Dinner was a delight.
We stayed here last year when……

“Room was clean although decor was tired and in need of a refresh. We weren't informed at check in that we would be charged to use the spa facilities so unexpected cost of £7.00 each per day. Only 2 small pillows on bed, asked at reception for additional pillows and was handed them from the reception desk to take to room whilst trying to carry luggage. Not ideal.
We didn't book for breakfast or eat in the hotel so I can't comment.”

“Great location. £12 breakfast was good, proper coffee from the machine too. My room on 3rd floor was great with a king size comfy bed. but my friend was on the 2nd floor and said the shower spoiled her stay. Both have step into baths to shower so a little dated but hers wasn’t the best experience as once inside the bath to shower her head touched the shower head. So not ideal. ”

“We arrived in the hotel early and left our luggages to the hotel staff. When we got back our luggage in the evening, one of the suitcases was apparently damaged. The staff tried to fixed it twice but failed. I was promised to be given at least a letter confirming the damage so that I could send it our insurer, and that the hotel would give us membership points as a compensation. The manager also said he would check the cctv and come back to us.
