“I would strongly advise against staying at this establishment, as we had a truly disappointing experience. Bedbugs were discovered in both our room and our friends' room on the first floor, specifically rooms 120 and 126. Although we were offered alternative accommodations, it was unfortunately too late, as we had already discarded most of our clothing and needed to fumigate our car to prevent bringing the infestation home. Most concerning was the impression that the staff appeared to be aware……
“Staff were friendly and helpful. Lift was out of order for all of our stay which was not good as I have arthritis in both knees, left hip and right shoulder. There were a lot of stairs - this spoilt the holiday slightly for me”
