Excellent Stay – Central, Bright, and Exceptional Service!
The hotel is centrally located and has been recently renovated, offering lots of natural light and a fresh atmosphere. It’s close to all amenities—restaurants, fast food places, two major shopping malls, and many individual clothing stores. But above all, what made the stay truly memorable was the fantastic receptionist, Miss Sheller. She was incredibly kind and caring, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Highly...

"Van Life Hotel was very nice hotel and I enjoyed my time there. It is clean, quite, in a nice neighborhood close to the city center. The only shortcoming was the air-conditioning which sometimes worked and some other times did not. However, the time I was there it was not so hot and being in upper floors helped with air-conditioning. "

"Young man on reception spoke English and arranged day trip to Hakkari for me as the bus left from a Best Van office not the bus station though I did see an unmarked bus going to Hakkari from there. Buses leave at 09.00 and 12.00 in the morning plus a few other times to Dogubayazit(Mt Ararat) from the small bus station adjacent to the main bus station."
"Our first time in Van was made amazing by our stay at Roccia Downtown Hotel! Booked it and didn't regret it for a second. The location was perfect - on a side road of one of the main streets, so easy to get to restaurants and shops. Our room was super clean and well-kept, and the amenities were top-notch. Loved that we got 2 bottles of water and tea/coffee replenished daily. Breakfast was absolutely delicious - so much variety! The staff were super helpful, and special shoutout to Nurullah at the reception - he was EXCEPTIONAL! From day one, he helped us book tours, spa treatments, and taxis. Only negative was that the spa wasn't operational yet, but Nurullah's service made up for it. I'd DEFINITELY recommend Roccia Downtown Hotel to anyone visiting Van!

"This is a wonderful hotel with truly kind, welcoming, and helpful staff. The room was small, but served my needs well - I found it to be very good value. I initially had some WiFi issues (my phone wouldn't connect from the bed area), but solved it by using my computer as a hotspot. The free breakfast every morning was delicious and varied. I loved my time here so much and would absolutely come back. I originally booked for four nights and ended up staying another four. I didn't want to leave! Don't hesitate to book here. Thank you all for a great stay in Van! :)"
"I booked two rooms for four people. Each room advertised to accommodate 3 persons. My family and friend scaping war from Iran after travelling 20 hours on the road got to the hotel at 4:30pm. None of the rooms were ready. eventually when they got to the rooms, they found only a Queens bed in each, chewing gum stuck all over the place, torn up furniture, floor so dirty that they could not and wanted to take their shoes off. The lift was not working. They just could not stay in the hotel from hygiene point of view and the bed situation, not enough beds to accommodate four people needing separate beds. They refused any assistance and a refund. I am very disappointed that Hotel.com has not checked this hotel. And the reason for it being none refundable for exactly the above. Not fit for the purpose."
