"Front desk staff was so kind! Very easy check in and check out. They were in a great area, with a great selection of rooms that were budget friendly. I was shocked to see how much nicer this hotel was, especially the bathrooms, in comparison to more expensive hotels, like the Millenium, located directly in Times Square. Very up to date hotel!!"

"We stayed for one night, but didn't fly out until 8:45 pm the next day. The staff was awesome about giving us directions to local sites so we were easily able to walk to the Empire State Building, Macy's, and Times Square during the evening. Then the staff stored our bags after checkout the next day while we explored the Flatiron District, and some of the other old architectural buildings. We rode the airtrain to Jamaica Station, then jumped on the LIRR train to Penn Station. From there we walked several blocks in two different directions to arrive at the hotel without any problems."
