Calidad natural en los materiales
Hotel construido en gran parte en madera. Habitaciones amplias, bien distribuidas e iluminadas. Buen servicio. Ambiente agradable. Wifi perfecto. Cuartos de baño nuevos y en perfecto funcionamiento. Camas cómodas Dos televisores en los apartamentos de 2 habitaciones. La estación de metro está a 10 minutos andando, aunque está en la zona más exterior en cuanto a las tarifas. Está a 30 minutos de la Marienplatz, en metro. Aparcamiento fácil en las inmediaciones (no vigilado). No hay ruido ni de día ni de noche. La calefacción funciona correctamente. Hay lavandería comunitaria.

Prima kamer voor een nette prijs alleen onhandige dame bij de receptie 3x een nieuwe sleutelkaart gekregen werkte niet goed en is opgelost door een collega die de deur handmatig heeft open gemaakt.

Komfortabel und trotzdem nachhaltig - Perfekt
Ich war zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel, 5 Tage geschäftlich, und ich muss sagen, dass ich durchweg positiv überrascht bin. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und nachhaltig (viel Holz und angenehme Klimatisierung), die Ausstattung sehr praktisch und angenehm (komfortables Bett, kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle, praktischer Arbeitstisch). Auch der kleine Fitnessraum ohne den üblichen Laufbändern und Crosstrainern, dafür mit Kettlebells und anderen Aktivierungsspielen, überraschend anders. Bei dem mehr als preiswerten Zimmerpreis ist zwar das Frühstück nicht inklusive, für Selbstversorger aber ohnehin kein Problem, und außerdem kann man sich Kaffee und andere Leckereien problemlos dazukaufen. Bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Garching komme ich gerne wieder.

Great, but starting to show its age in places
Been travelling to Soulmade over the last few years. Decent, functional. The best part is the fact it has a very accessible underground car park which means access is easy and parking guaranteed. Soulmade is fine. Everything is a cost item. Even mint tea with your breakfast will set you back an additional fee. They don't offer any food at all, breakfast-aside, but have a small shop on the premises and as each apartment has a cooker and microwave, you could nip out to get something from the supermarket. The only negative for me is a few things are feeling a little dated now. I noticed the mattress is very unforgiving, sagged in the middle and felt long past a replacement. It's also very low to the ground (which is a design point). The TV is functional, but slow. Clearly quite a few years old. The kettle provided worked, but only if you held down the power manually. But, Soulmade is also reasonable value, too, so on balance, certainly can be recommended.

Wir sind immer mal wieder in diesem Hotel, dieses Mal an Silvester. Wie immer ist das Personal super freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war wie immer top: geräumig, sauber, ansprechend. Klitzekleine Abwertung, weil die Nachtlichter (Bewegungsmelder) ewig lange an blieben und die Temperaturregelung am Waschbecken schwierig einzustellen war. Aber ansonsten alles top!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Jahreswechsel im Soulmade. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass Heißgetränke wie zB Cappuccino nicht im doch recht hohen Preis enthalten sind. Das kann bei dem Preis durchaus enthalten sein, zumal es ab 01.01.24 sogar eine deutliche Preiserhöhung gab. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Absolut liebevoll eingerichtetes Hotel, schöne Zimmer mit Kochmöglichkeit und sehr hilfsbereites und nettes Hotelpersonal. Das Frühstück war nicht all zu üppig aber ausreichend und lecker. Die Umgebung war während meines Aufenthaltes Meterhoch verschneit und München und Umgebung lag im Schneechaos. Daher dazu hier keine Einschätzung.

It’s a nice hotel but not much around in walking distance and no restaurant at the hotel. The young girl at reception was fantastic though and super helpful. She got me signed up on a local food delivery app to get dinner! The breakfast is very poor

While I did encounter a minor issue with the WiFi initially (it was a bit slow), and there was an unresolved TV problem, these were minor inconveniences that did not diminish my overall positive impression of the hotel.
