“This hotel was incredible. After a long day hot day on the motorcycle riding through the alps, it was amazing to arrive at this hotel. The kind lady who I first met instantly made me feel welcome, registered me immediately and even helped me carry my luggage up to my room. The room was very comfortable, spotless and quiet. “The hotel has been recently renovated. The condition of the room and bathroom was perfect. It is situated in the very center of town surrounded by restaurants. The restaurante of the hotel is in fact one of the best places in town. There a ski rental place just opposite the hotel. Parking is also very close. Staff was really friendly and they helped me with one problem I had. I would absolutely recommend it.”

“La comida deliciosa. La habitación cómoda e impecable. Hay estacionamiento sin costo. Forzosamente se necesita coche porque no hay nada cerca. La chica rubia joven de recepción es muy acelerada y no nos dejó tomar una manzana del buffet de la cena, que ya estaba listo pero no abría hasta una hora después, gran falta de criterio. Llegamos hambrientas después de un largo trayecto en coche y aún así dijo que no. En cuanto llegamos nos preguntó si queríamos cenar ahí y le dijimos que si. Nos explicó...

“Everything about our stay was pleasant and comfortable. But the one thing we were most satified (all eight of us agreed) was the dinner. The five course meal was more than we expected for a dinner at 35 Euros per person. Each dish was creative and delicious. We ended up drinking more wine than anticipated (not included in the dinner price), but were all very happy.”

“The views are unbeatable from these rooms! Staff is very friendly and all the amenities worked great. Something to consider is that the property seems close to Bolzano on gmaps, however if you're getting there by car it's about 25 minutes outside of town up a VERY winding road. If you don't have a car, there's a bus that leaves from the train station and will drop you off right outside of the property that goes by every hour.”

“The staff were wonderful. Their English was limited, but if you were patient then they were. We ate dinner there our first night and it was fabulous. Breakfast was great. They provided a bus pass to the city using #172. But you could use other South Tyrol buses with the pass. We were able to use bus# 350 back to Bolzano. ”
