“Had to get someone on the street to call the place to open the gate . Was given the code over the phone . No signpost to indicate it was the hotel . Looks run down and not a 5 star but a 1 star . No meals on site or a bar . I was told to go to the mall for my dinner but breakfast was offered . ”
“When I got to the Motel I was informed that my booking does not exist. I showed them proof of payment but I was informed that it's not valid. I was informed to contact Hotel.com and ask for refund because they dont work with hotel.com. Can hotel.com please refund me”
“The host was not available by email before had and my Mom and I went regardless. After a difficult time finding the location, we arrived in the late afternoon and we could not reach the host. We had to make other arrangements at the last minute. We were not allowed a refund. ”
