“We had a fantastic family stay at the Hilton Woking – the rooms were modern, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived.”
“Room was very small and over crowded with two twins and a double. Fire alarm went off at 9am, no apologies or explanation on the reason. When we were finally allowed to return to our room the lifts did not work, when we made it to the room the key card didn’t work so had to go back down to reception. Again no apologies made. ”
“I had never stayed in such an awful hotel at such a high price, we have to share bathroom, and there is nothing in the bathroom except one roll of tissue paper. We can hear the noise from the next room easily, the carpet is old and dirty. It is very far from the airport and very hard to find. I spent 25 ponds to grab to car to the hotel and spent another 18 to the nearest station in Slought. We want to leave the hotel as soon as possible, but the landlord is unhappy with our early check out,……
