The property was in an excellent location with easy access to the beach. There were a couple of small things that needed to be fixed - like curtin rod coming out of the wall and the microwave handle. The owner offered to have the handyman come and fix them while we were there, but we opted to have them be fixed after we left. We were unable (unwilling?) to use the dryer because when we opened it, there was a puddle of water in it. We LOVE that we were able to bring our dog! This property had no rugs, presumably because it allows pets, but it always felt like we could never get the sand off of oue feet in the house. The property also has no board games, beach chairs, etc. This wasn't a problem, but I figured shoukd be mentioned in case you're used to staying someplace that provides those things.The pool was great and the water temperature was perfect!

Family Vacation

The grounds were well kept, even though a hurricane passed through a day before. The pool area was fun. This place was close to just about everything, 10-15 mins max within driving distance and 5 mins or less of walking to two restaurants, gas station, the beach or an ice cream shop. Any questions or concerns we had, Dawson was quick to respond and helpful on coming up with a solution. Our biggest issue was the floor. It felt uneven, especially on the 2nd floor of the unit (3rd in the condo). One bathroom was so pitched that we felt like we were in a fun house. The dryer had an old smell to it and had condensation. The washing machine had mold build up on the rubber around the opening. In the other bathroom of the feeling chipped off while we were out to dinner. We brought these things to Dawson's attention. Overall, it was a good stay but some adjustments need to be made.

Family Getaway

Location is great! Close to beach, restaurants and plenty of things to do. Overall, this condo is very nice, but it could use some updating and repairs. Having the pool and being able to bring our dog was also a plus. Owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Make sure you bring your own hand soap, as all soap dispensers were empty. Bath soap and shampoo was enough for just one day.

Nice condo, close to the beach!

Condo was super close to the beach and a short, easy walk! We packed a collapsible wagon full of our beach gear, and were having fun in the sun in no time! Both bedrooms have their own bathroom attached, and the beds were pretty comfy! It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit so we could do laundry each day, and we really appreciate the condo being pet friendly. The neighborhood felt safe and we had an incredible time on our vacation! There was one slight “hiccup” when we tried to check in to the condo, and both the host and VRBO were very quick to rectify the situation. Host was quick to respond to my questions about the condo leading up to our trip, and would definitely stay here again given the opportunity!

Nice location

The rental process was easy, the owner was very responsive. Check in was smooth, they allow a pet which was critical for our family. Property was clean and convenient; one block from beach, close to good restaurants; short drive to several golf courses, has dedicated parking.
