Indigo Coastal Kitchen on the second floor is open for breakfast and dinner. Hours vary by season. During our warmest months, we open our pool bar during our warmest months and schedule live entertainment on the pool deck.

THINGS TO KNOW
Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation, and additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites. Children's Activities - This program is available at Patricia Grand and Bay Watch from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more! This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.

Great stay

This room has everything you need for a mini Stay. I was afraid it was going to be to small but it was perfect. I hate that the code to get in is so long. It made coming and going to the beach a little more timely, but hey if that's my only worry that tells you we had a darn good time. Thank you to the host that let us borrow your room.

While pet friendly, weight limit is 20 lbs (and that was not readily viewable upon scheduling). Parking lot had tight turns going in or out, could see where folks had hit their vehicle on the walls due to it being so tight. Check out 10am and it took forever to get an elevator as everyone was checking out and elevators were already filled. Property is lovely, location is great.

A Great Value with a Great View

We found this rental at the last minute after a bad experience with a local agency and couldn't have been more pleased. The Vacasa staff was great to work with and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the restaurant while looking out at the ocean. The room was great with a fantastic view of the ocean and a very comfortable bed. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

It's just... okay

Requires a 10 digit code to enter the room?! Ridiculous! The paint was coming off the ceiling, piant on the walls were blotchy and looked stained. Bathroom fan was making strange, annoying noise. No extra hooks or shelves in the bathroom for towels or clothes either. Random doorstop on the bathroom floor, gotta watch your step to avoid stubbing a toe! Back of AC Unit on the balcony blows scorching hot air on your back while you're trying to sit outside. No privacy on balcony either. Everyone can see you from all other directions, from their balconies aswell. Fridge also wobbled around like it was missing feet or something. I requesting a late check out but couldn't get any help over phone or at front desk. Apparently you need to contact Vacasa to request a late check out, still no help. Was told it be $20 for a late check out though. Recieved several texts from Vacasa through out my stay, very annoying, but every time I needed help, I couldn't get any straight answers. Is this place owned by Vacasa or Oceana? Idk who runs this place, seems like there's too many hands in the cookie jar and it makes them ALL look bad.

Great value - great location

Beachfront room with balcony, clean and cozy. Comfortable bed and a lounge chair, decent shower. Fridge and microwave. Walking distance to Sea Captain's House. Starbucks on first floor, restaurant serving breakfast starting at 7 am. Parking outside front door for check-in before putting the car in the garage.

Room 716

I stayed here this past weekend March 25-27. The bathtub wasn’t very clean and the drainage was terrible, so while taking a shower the tub was filling up with water. And yes, I made sure to make sure the plug wasn’t in. Also, when I finally got done and was ready to relax and watch some television, there wasn’t a remote for the tv. I called down to the front desk and the guy said “I’ll send maintenance up to see if they can find it.” This was after I turned the room upside down looking for the remote before calling them. I called back 10 minutes later and said “I looked everywhere again, and the remote isn’t here. Can you please just have someone bring another?” To which he responded, “sorry, it’s after 11 now so maintenance is gone, you’ll have to wait until tomorrow morning.” Whatever, I eventually got a remote. I also paid for late check out on Sunday. Came back to my room at 12 to shower, pack and leave, and I was already locked out of my room. Overall, these things aren’t major issues, well other than the bathtub being dirty. But they were annoying, especially when you’re there to relax and unwind for the weekend.
