This spacious and modern professionally updated condo is the perfect place for a relaxing beach visit.
Experience the ultimate oceanfront getaway at the Patricia Grand Resort. Located on the 15th floor, this King Studio offers breathtaking views of the ocean from not one, but two oceanfront balconies. Wake up to the sun rising over the ocean and the sound of waves crashing! Spend your day relaxing and enjoying stunning views of the beach and ocean.

This unit boasts a comfortable king bed and a sitting chairs to relax in. With a fully equipped kitchenette, you can easily whip up a quick meal or enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony while taking in the sights of the beach.

At this Patricia Grand unit, we welcome both owners and their small dogs, adding an extra layer of comfort and convenience to your stay. Our Resort has a 20 lb maximum for guest's dogs, with a maximum of two dogs per room. Now you can bring your furry friend along for a fun-filled beach vacation.

Was advertised as a one bedroom but was a studio. Room was nice and clean. One of the best beach views you’ll find in Myrtle Beach. If a studio is for you then this room is a must.

This property was very clean inside. I smelled the clean scent soon as I enter the room. I enjoyed staying here on my vacation. Everything was right in the area that I wanted to do. The overall stay was perfect. I will consider booking this property again.

Everything was excellent, from check-in to check-out. A beautiful view from the balconies in front of the ocean. Ended up leaving two dresses in the closet and they mailed them to me, no charge! Tom was great! Will stay again!

Very Enjoyable

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and will definitely consider it again in the future. If I had to make a suggestion, I would like to see the coffee maker replaced and another hook added to the other bathroom door to allow us to hang additional towels. Overall the unit is very comfortable and well maintained. Thank you for making our vacation a memorable experience!

winter break a success!

great communication from owner, and property as described. Seemed there was a dog before us who marked some areas, but they were found and cleaned up with supplies under the sink. Microwave seems to need replaced as it worked and then didn't work throughout our stay. Very happy with privacy of balcony and view, would book again!

Great condo with a great view

We stayed with our little dogs and found it to be just as advertised! Very clean and contactless check in. The parking garage was right across the street and was well lit and convenient. The condo was very clean and neat. The bead was very comfortable and had several different pillow options to choose from. The view was amazing and we enjoyed the beautiful sunrise while having coffee on the balcony. The keypad entry was very nice because we never had to dig in a bag for a key! We will be back!

Oceanfront Studio Condo

Overall the condo is great. Communication with the owner was great and easy. Checkin was super easy also. However the condo was quite a bit smaller than we anticipated and the ocean front balcony was tiny and really only room for one person at a time to use which is very unfortunate. The second balcony looks directly into the facing condos and could see thru their condo so we kept our curtain pulled. There is also no washer/dryer in the unit like I anticipated but thats my fault for not paying enough attention to the listing. The location is exactly what we wanted and is always fantastic. The resort is very pet friendly and was the reason we picked this condo. We wouldn't use it again just because of the tiny balcony but would recommend it to others that wouldnt mind that.
