This bright and open room has a sun deck, powder room, master bedroom, a well-stocked kitchen with stainless appliances and breakfast bar for 6 and a dining room area with seating for 10.

The mid-level has a reading area with a flat screen TV, powder room, laundry room with washer, dryer, and deep sink, and 3 master bedrooms.

The lower level has a dry entry, pool table, full size refrigerator with 2nd ice maker, sink, large TV, a bathing suit spin dryer, and a **handicap friendly bedroom and bath designed for wheelchair access.
