Seniors Spring Break
2 moms and 4 teen girls making senior year spring break memories! The condo was clean and well equipped. Plenty of space for all of us with great views! I highly recommend!

Family vacation 23
This was our 2nd stay in this property and we enjoyed it both times. The only difference this time is it wasn’t as clean as our stay two years prior and the guy putting up the chairs and umbrellas was very rude

Dale, I'm sorry if the beach service guy was rude to you. That's the main reason we don't include beach service. If we did include it, it would be a refection on us. As it is, we do not have anything to do with the Beach Service Company. Sincerely, Merle

Family fun!
The condo we stayed in was excellent. The pearl and the amenities as always were great. My only problem is beachfront too many chairs and umbrellas not enough access for people they don’t want to rent the chairs and umbrellas.

We don't use a "cleaning service" like most property management companies. We have a dedicated housekeeper for each of our properties. So, the same housekeeper cleans this condo each time. If anyone looking at this review has any concerns they can look at all the other reviews. We've had no complaints about housekeeping. As a matter of fact we have several positive comments about housekeeping.

Wonderful vacation
We came for a wedding in Gulf Breeze and made it into a vacation. Accomodations excellent. Beautiful view of ocean from the balcony. Cleanliness perfect. Children loved the pool and beach. Emerald green water a delite. Weather was perfect. Relaxing environment. Just a fantastic time. Plenty of resturants close by. Everything you could possibly need was present.

Perfect Beach Escape

Beautiful Navarre Condo
Our stay was wonderful and the condo has been beautifully updated to provide a tranquil relaxing feel with kid friendly accommodations. The location is perfect, views spectacular and with two pools, a hot tub, fitness center and steps to a gorgeous beach how can you go wrong?

The Pearl - Condo 1001
Recently renovated and BEAUTIFUL. This condo was so comfortable for everyone (only four of us) and we enjoyed every minute. Weather wasn't very cooperative so we spent alot of time unwinding, unplugged and relaxing. Perfect! Thank you to the owners for making their home away from home available.

Awesome Space
The condo was actually larger than it looked on line. The kitchen was spacious and stocked with everything you needed! It was clean. There was so much room for luggage, pantry for food, large table and bar! Can’t wait to go back!!!

Amazing condo! The Pearl never disappoints.

Lovely Vacation Rental
The unit was absolutely perfect. There was plenty of room and it was very clean. Wish we could have checked in earlier than 4pm. Because of that we really missed out on a full day of fun. Would rent the condo again though.

I'd just like to point out when you rent vacation rental properties, your stay is based on the number of nights you stay/sleep there. There is nothing to keep you from enjoying the beach before check in or staying at the beach after check out. Hope this helps, Merle

Beautiful and super clean!
We enjoyed our stay! The very first thing we noticed was how meticulously clean the condo was! It’s decorated beautifully and has plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We loved all the windows the corner unit offers and the views are amazing. We did experience some severe weather one night of our stay with tornado warnings in areas near by. Our group thought it might be helpful to add a section in the information binder about where to go should a tornado happen during a stay. We are all from the Midwest and tornado preparedness is something we have on our minds especially this time of the year in our neck of the woods. Thank you for opening your home to us, this is one of the best condos we have stayed in and hands down the cleanest!

We do things different here at Starfish Vacations and we have the best housekeeping staff on the island. We don't often have tornados around here, unless they are accompanied by a hurricane. In that case we follow the state and county guidelines for hurricane evacuation. I asked the HOA at the pearl last time we had a tornado watch and they said everyone was to stay in their condo. Enjoyed our stay!
Beautiful property sitting right on the beach. Condo was very clean and was well stocked. Check-in was super easy, eliminating the typical “check in at the office on arrival” The wrap around views were amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!

Great Home Away From Home
The condo was modern, luxurious, clean and well-appointed. The view of the gulf was spectacular, including seeing dolphins surface! Washer and dryer were a great amenity to have available.

It was beautiful weather all week. The condo was very nice. Saw a couple of roach like bugs..did you know there is water damage on the ceiling of the middle bathroom?

That leak has been repaired and as soon as we get a break in our rental schedule we plan to refinish the ceiling in that bathroom. Thanks for the heads up. Merle

Our Beautiful Beach Vacation
We arrived to the unit early in the evening on our day of arrival. Check in time was right on time as promised, at 4 o’clock we receive the code to get into the condo as well as codes to get to the beach and the pool.We were instantly amazed by the view, and the condition of the condo was beautiful. It was obvious to us that the owners had taken very good care to supply their visitors with everything they needed.The condo was spotlessly clean. we have stayed in so many candles and cabins that are equipped throughout our years as a family , but none as equipped as this one....Check in was very easy and communication with the property manager Merle was timely and easy. We would give this experience a more than perfect rating ...We look forward to staying here again❤️

Beautiful, Spacious, Clean
We've stayed at a lot of places on a lot of beaches, and this condo is by far the most beautiful one. It was exceptionally clean and spacious, and the ocean views were gorgeous. Merle was easy to contact, quick to respond and super helpful. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. We can't wait to stay here again!

Nice Place to Stay for Little Ones
Recently renovated which is nice. Keep in mind a couple things when booking: Beach setups are not included so budget for chairs and umbrella; check in is 4pm and checkout is 9am which is a little over the top when juggling 5 kids. Feels to me that they're stealing 2 days on top of other fees and charges. For the expense I doubt we will go back.

Ian, Check in and check out times are clearly defined in our rental agreement. These check in and check out times are necessary to prepare the condo in accordance with CDC guidelines due to covid-19. BTW when you reserve most any condo on Navarre Beach you are paying for the number of nights you stay. We did not "steal" 2 days from you. The day you checked in, you were free to use the parking lot, pool and beach access during the day which is much more than other property managers allow. You did not pay for the day you checked out only the night before. Your review is completely baseless. Merle

Best condo we have stayed in!
From the time we walked in the door until we had to leave, this place exceeded our expectations! My family and I have been staying in different condos for the past 20 years, and this is the best one we’ve stayed in. The kitchen had every appliance we needed. There were plenty of bath towels and blankets and the beds were comfortable. It was a very beautiful condo with great amenities and amazing views. We had a great time and hope to stay here again.
