“This studio with full kitchen was perfect for the two of us. The detail to design was obvious and appreciated. The location is within walking/biking distance of CSU Chico downtown, and Bidwell Park. “This place was awesome. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Very unique place and our host Karen thought of everything including snacks and drinks in the fridge. The fresh cut flowers were just another great touch.The bed was comfortable beyond belief and the water pressure in the shower was a pleasant surprise. “Came to Paradise for a family event and found the accommodations to be quite nice, unit is very clean and the view of the canyon is perfect when enjoying coffee in the morning. Was good to have dedicated parking, no need to worry about is the spot going to be open when I return. The place is located within 10 minutes of local grocery, Starbucks, restaurants etc. There’s a nice park called Billie Park which was great for getting out and stretching legs and is pet friendly as well.
