"There are major problems with this listing The wellness facilities were all unavailable during our stay. It was not made clear that we would be charged for electricity and water. The amount we had to pay was iunbeluevalbly high, adding half as much as the hotel fee on top, plus linen charge. We could not use the jacuzzi, as it was filthy,; we did not use the sauna; we turned down all the radiators as we bought logs for the fire. So, it is difficult to see how the energy bill for our actual use...

Die Lage des Bootes könnte besser nicht sein. Es ist toll, wenn abends die Fische im Hafenbecken springen und die Möwen streiten. Ankommende und abfahrende Segler können beobachtet werden. "Das Haus liegt in einer wenig befahrenen Ringstraße und nahe am Waldrand. Durch den Wald kommt man auch runter zur Schlei. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Betten sind bequem, es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer, jeweils durch den Wohn-Essbereich getrennt. Der Garten ist groß, es gibt Gartenmöbel und Sonnenschirm, wir haben die Nachmittage dort gerne gesessen. Wir würden dieses Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. "

The feeling of wellness to be able to wake up to the sound of the waves, and the view over the water to Oxen islands is something special. We enjoyed watching the sunset from our balcony. The hotel was very quiet, the bed was excellent and we slept well. The breakfast buffet was very good with a varied selection. Staff is very friendly and very service minded. The beachfront has a wide avenue were you can enjoy evening walks."
