"This is a one-of-a-kind property. The views are spectacular, everyone was very comfortable as there is a lot of space, and it feels very private. The drive to South Lake Tahoe where all the stores and restaurants are is short and pretty. Last second there was an issue with some amenities that was out of the owner's control but they handled it promptly and professionally. I would definitely recommend the house and would come back for an another family trip."

"I booked this beautiful property for my 80th Birthday July 4th! During that week we had my family of two children and their families, four grandchildren, my Sister and Brother-in-law...plus a cousin and his wife, as well as my College roommate and her husband...all ages 18 to 86! The property is as beautiful as shown and loaded with amenities to accommodate all. It was truly a Fabulous Celebration...with lots of fun and even fireworks!!"

"I wasnt sure what i would get for the price, but I was more than pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious, the deck pretty private, and it was very clean. I love the story of the hotel. "Beautiful Lakefront Escape for a Large Family Gathering. My family of 9 adults and 1 toddler stayed at House of the Stars over the holidays to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday. The host was extremely accommodating, allowing us an early check-in so we could settle in before the celebrations began. The home was immaculately kept and had everything we needed to feel comfortable as a large group. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the pots, pans and appliances necessary to cook multiple meals...
