“The location is amazing—a quick walk to campus, baseball, softball, lacrosse, or football fields! A convenience store is walking distance, as are several restaurants and The Linebacker Bar! There is also a really good smoothie shop. The room was recently remodeled and spacious. It has everything you need to have a comfortable stay and enjoy the town of South Bend! The beds were SUPER comfy!!! Doug was super responsive and available! We would stay again.”

“This condo was beautiful and very clean. I would absolutely stay here again. The location of this condo was perfect! The property manager was also lovely, he was so kind and helpful even when we accidentally locked ourselves out one night. We would absolutely stay here again!”

“We had a great stay at The Big Chill #6. The location of this condo can't be beat. Walkable to the Union Pier Social for dinner as we got in around 9pm local time. Walked to the Black Currant bakery, as well as the Gelato place. The little store next to the bakery had a few items we missed picking up at Barney's grocery in New Buffalo, so that was a plus. The bakery in the morning can have a line so (it moves quickly though) and the other bakry in Harbert (Luisa's) is another one we loved and is...

“Lovely stay! Jocelyn has thought of every little detail. Awesome coffee bar in our room, private patio and ability to enjoy a hot tub and little fire. It’s all very quaint and cute and the room was super clean! We’d stay here again. ”

“My family had a great visit to Lake Michigan. We stayed at the Classy Cabin and visited Warren Dunes and Silver Lake Beaches. The condo was perfect. It was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the back porch, too! It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. I would highly recommend it!”
