Enjoy your holidays in our guest house which is the starting point for many visits and excursions. It allows you to discover the most beautiful sites of the Alpes Maritimes (Nice, Villefranche sur Mer, Menton, Monaco, the islands around, ...), but also many villages with authentic charm.  
  
Located 2 km from the sea, the villa offers air-conditioned spaces and a shared pool. The T2 space for 4 people has 1 living room with sofa bed, TV and kitchen and a bedroom queen size bed, shower wc. It is possible to add a connecting room with independent shower for 2 additional persons.

Un immense merci à Escha pour son accueil chaleureux et attentionné. La chambre était impeccable, décorée avec soin, et le kit de bienvenue — café de qualité, sélection de thés, carafe d’eau fraîche — a été une délicate attention très appréciée.J’ai également beaucoup aimé le coin cuisine d’été, avec son mini-bar bien approvisionné en boissons fraîches et petites douceurs, le tout dans un cadre paisible et reposant.Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir, cette fois accompagné d’amis, pour profiter ensemble des chambres communicantes et de cette ambiance si conviviale. Encore merci pour ce séjour parfait
