The parking is behind an electric gate, and the gated parking lot serves as a safe pet relief area after dark. (There's no "yard," but there is a park a few blocks away.) The parking is shared with several other apartments on the block, so the space for pets to relieve themselves is small, and the parking is tight -- but it was fine...

“Great place close to everything including UNM. A number of parks near by to walk our dog to. Ample off street parking enough for our 21’ Class B Camper Van. ABQ has a free bus system and Old Town and the Rio Grande river park and trail system is only a very short ride away. ”
