It is all about the views and tranquility!!! Spacious, Immaculate Waterfront 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, first floor condo with air conditioning. Truly ONE OF A KIND!!!!

Less than 100 ft from jumping in the ocean! Stunning water views from every window! Incredible sunset views of Provincetown's Monument, AND EXCLUSIVE USE of 25 x 30 ft oceanfront deck-No other unit has access to this magnificent deck. Imagine grilling and enjoying a glass of wine/beer or your favorite cocktail while watching the waves crash or taking in spectacular sunsets!

Sunny Open floor plan. It has a large fully modernized kitchen (fully equipped) with high end cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless appliances. This home has gleaming hardwood floors throughout.

The main living area is open concept with a spacious living room and comfortable leather couch. The living room has expansive windows and walks out onto the HUGE deck.

The deck features 2 custom picnic tables for ample outside eating and your own new barbecue. It is fully equipped with beach chairs and beach toys and fabulous "eco friendly" Adirondack chairs and lovely nautical loungers. Walk directly off the deck onto sand-no retaining walls -no stairs- the beach and the surf are right there. Not somewhere off in the distance.

The home has a gorgeously appointed bathroom with granite countertops, ceramic floors, and separate shower.

It also has two HUGE bedrooms with gleaming hardwood floors, exceptional high-end mattresses and gorgeous linens. The master has double sliding glass doors which looks out to the ocean and provides direct access to the 25 x 30 ft deck which is private for this unit only. It has a king bed and its own private bathroom. The front bedroom has amazing views of pilgrim's lake and features an extremely comfortable queen bed and 2 sleep chairs that turn into a queen size bed when opened together.

Outstanding property. Third time we have stayed there- spacious, clean, and right on the beach with a huge deck that enhances the amount of space you have substantially. Location is close to town. Good communication with owner.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great time at this beachfront condo! It was perfect for our young children as it was a quick walk down to the beach and a 7 minute drive into Provincetown with restaurants, playgrounds etc. We definitely plan on coming back!

This perfect beach house has all you will need for your stay! A great location with easy access to the beach, just a few steps away with a large deck to enjoy the fantastic sunsets! Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable for our family. We loved our stay here!

Outstanding condo on the beach

Great place. Perfect location on the beach (bay side) close to Provincetown center and Truro. Huge private deck. Well equipped condo. 2 large bedrooms and 2 full baths were perfect for the 4 adults who stayed here. Large open living room/kitchen made it great for entertaining. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Annual Cape Cod Holiday

Enjoyed this location and condo so much we are already booked for same time next year! Only one suggestion..add a box spring to the bed in the guest room. The bed is very low for us older folks. We made it work but a box spring would bring it to the perfect height and eliminate the noise made when moving!

2nd stay

Stayed here last year as well- beautiful beach front property. Nice quiet location but near a lot of activities. Only disappointment was that there was no screen in the living room this year so could not have the door open for the breeze and to hear the ocean like I would have liked. Hopefully this will be fixed for next year!

Gorgeous Beach Get Away!!

We are just home from our amazing beach get away. Such a beautiful location!! We were close to downtown Provincetown for shopping and great restaurants. Lots of site-seeing during the day and we were near the Race Point bike trails. The condo was immaculate and completely brand new! I am also a VRBO owner so I feel I have a different perspective on renting - I completely agree with her description of her home and can't wait to come back! Thank you Fiona- you were so helpful and kind to us!!

Property was beautiful thoroughly enjoyed the view and experience but I wish I had known that the water property in front of the house was not quite pleasurable to swim in and that we would need to get a beach pass for the week for 100.00

A magical 3 day getaway !!!!

From the moment I unlocked the door I was in heaven. The sun was shining, and the ocean was sparkling through the wide expanse of windows and glass doors. The décor was beautiful, the furniture comfortable, the bedrooms warm and with TV's and the kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed. The deck was very large with comfortable furniture to relax in and admire the ocean. The miles of beach was wonderful for long walks. This was a getaway for my partner and I and we left feeling wonderful. We will be back again for a much longer stay next time. We are going to tell all our friends about this incredible Cape Cod piece of heaven !!

Our vacation in paradise

From the moment we stepped through the front door, and saw the glistening ocean through the huge wall of windows, we knew we had picked the perfect spot for our vacation, this condo exceeding our expectations in every way. Provincetown is less than five minutes away by car. There is a shuttle bus that stops right outside the door that will take you to Ptown as well, however not as frequent in the fall as summer. This time we took a hour long trolley ride through Ptown and through the National Seashore. It was wonderful and entertaining especially as we were the only two on the bus! The joys of fall on the cape! Traveling the 6 we were able to get to Hyannis quickly to get the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. We did a bus tour on Martha’s and were taken to Aquinnah (Gay Head) which was absolutely spectacular. We had been over on the ferry to Oak Bluffs many times but never had seen other areas of the Vineyard. Highly recommend this tour. The lovely Truro winery is also just up the road. The interior of this condo is luxurious to say the least. The decorating is very coastal and everything and I mean everything is supplied! The kitchen is beautiful and well-appointed including all very up to date appliances, the bedrooms large and lovely and the beds so comfortable. The deck is just beyond words. It's huge with lots of comfortable seating and the view spectacular. The beach is just over the dune and when it's windy you can hear the waves lapping on to the shore. The sunsets that you view from the condo are spectacular and it seems every night they get better. You can sit in the living room and bask in the glow of these sunsets, it really is just amazing. The glow of the lights from Provincetown and the pilgrim tower are very pretty at night as well. Fiona, the owner, was always extremely accommodating and so lovely and easy to deal with. Any questions were immediately answered. And important to us was the ease of renting this condo. This was an extremely easy process as we have had difficulty previous times renting from Canada on the cape. Difficulty with money orders, damage deposits, the mail system etc. This process was SO easy. This was by far our best vacation on the Cape and this condo has spoiled us. We will never rent anywhere else, only here. When we were leaving on the 6 driving off the cape, my husband turned to me and said, 'we'd better book now for next year, we don't want to lose out!' Thank you Fiona for such a beautiful spot! We will be back!

Nancy was incredible- even when I am trying to get into the wrong property! So patient and kind. The condo not only had absolutely anything you could think of it was so organized and easy to locate any item you may need. The entire place is set up for you to enjoy the space - I’ve never felt so welcome at a rental.

Exceeded Expectations

This condo is the nicest we have ever stayed in on Rte 6A in Truro, and that’s saying a lot because we have been coming up to the cape each summer for 34 years and have stayed in so so many. This place is georgeous and roomy and modern and clean and quiet with a huge private deck and everything you need in a huge kitchen. Incredible views and the host was so helpful and responsive with a few questions I had. Will definitely stay here again. Best time!!!!
