“Two families teamed up at Eric’s house and enjoyed ourselves immensely. Bedrooms are comfy, two of which are huge. The common living spaces and laid out nicely and well equipped. Best of all, the pool (which we opted to heat) was tons of fun for the kids. As was the tennis court / bball hoops area. Plenty of towels!Close to beach, close to town. Great spot that also feels secluded in the woods. ”

Granted, the fine print states that the pool and tub are for the summer only (like who needs a hot tub in the summer?), but we specifically inquired about the tennis in advance and were told it was ready.
