“We were charged TWICE for the same room. It's almost impossible to get someone on the phone and I have not been able to resolve this after 4 months. They claimed that they didn't have our reservation through VRBO, so we made it again through Hotels.com and we were charged by both providers for the SAME room on the same night. When we showed up, the code to the room did not work and we waited for almost an hour to get someone to let us into our room. The room itself wasn't bad, but $450 per night...
