Nice Quiet Property

Unit was as advertised. It was clean and spacious. It had a large pool that was never packed, only 1 or 2 other familes there at a time. They could use an upgrade on the matress for the pull-out couch as it was very uncomfortable. Would stay here again.

Would stay again!

Thought this place was perfect! Away from the noise of the boardwalk but everything is so close. Just a short walk and you have the boardwalk, mini golf, Jolly Roger and any number of places to eat.

Very convenient location. Smartly appointed throughout; clean. Bed and other furniture comfortable. Rear view of canal etc. beautiful. Parking very close and safe. Only FYI negatives: handle to switch water from tub faucet to overhead shower was broken/disconnected. The metal switch handle was on the rim of the tub and I tried but couldn't connect it. Also road noise came in through the bedroom AC; maybe that could be dampened a bit with insulation inside the wall around the AC unit? We solved it by running the AC on 'fan' mode.

Wonderful for small family

We had a wonderful stay at Harbour House. It was a short walk to the beach and the pool was a life saver for my son. Lots of beach items to use at the condo (chairs, umbrella, wagon). The bed was comfortable but the pull out could use another mattress or just being an air mattress! All in all we loved our stay!

Great Location, Great amenities

My wife and I recently stayed there with our four year-old daughter. Great location being so close to mini golf, fishtails restaurant, and about two blocks from the boardwalk. The pool was also key with our four-year-old.

Great Location

Me and my husband stayed here and the location was great and the condo itself was amazing!!! It was close to everything but yet quiet. The pool we had to ourselves and was very clean!! I would highly recommend. In fact we already put in a request for next year. The people that live there were also very helpful and very friendly

Cute Beach Condo

This is the perfect place for a small family. It was clean and well stocked with beach items for our stay. The pool was a perfect addition. Communication with property manager was seemless for check-in.

Great place to stay.

Great email communication from Coastal Reservations leading up to stay. Easy check in and out process. Place was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. Had designated parking and is a short easy walk to the boardwalk.

Favorite Spot

This was our second time staying at the Habor House. We love the size and location. Pool was great too! We did notice the pool wasnt cleaned daily as it was last year but it didn't deter us from using it.

Honeymoon Honeymoon

We needed to get away & this was nice but we were never told online about stairs or no elevator. It took many trips due to a steroid injection in wifes neck she could not lift. Husband had to lift all luggage mostly himself which was tough. Prefer lower level next time.

Perfect Ocean City Condo!

I've spent my entire life visiting Ocean City, Maryland and this has been one of my favorite places to stay! It's on Philadelphia Avenue, but the condo is on the back of the building, so you don't hear any noise from traffic. The parking lot and pool are directly behind the building. The AC works well and it was so nice to have a washer & dryer in the unit! My favorite thing was that the bed is so comfortable! This usually never happens. You are walking distance to the beach/boardwalk/and Fish Tales! You won't be disappointed with renting this unit!

Great Place Great Location

This was our first verbo experience and it will be hard to beat! We want to keep this place a secret so we can always have access. From the cleanliness of the place to the fully stocked closet of beach items, it made us feel right at home with all the comforts. We will return!

Great place if you can do stairs

This was a very nice place to stay. Only complaints are that it's on the 3rd floor with no elevator, and it was really hard to figure out how to use the shower in the bathroom.
