Balcony is amazing.

We enjoyed our stay but there were definitely a few down falls about this property. First of all, make sure to book a linen package or prepare to bring your own as they are not provided. The supply closet stays locked so you can’t access trash bags or extra paper towels. The shower curtain in the master bedroom and bathroom was extremely moldy. The unit is located on the 3rd floor of the condo and there is no elevator to help with heavy coolers or baggage. With that being said , everything else was ok. Kitchen and bedrooms were pretty nice. The balcony is really nice to hang out on and has a gorgeous view. The neighborhood is also very quiet and peaceful. The location is really good.

Lovely Views

Loved the views and layout of this condo. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. It was private, quiet and fun! Thankful for the boogie board left for us to use in storage closet. Loved having breakfast on the deck in the morning. We would stay again with a few things that need correction: new/clean shower liners, fish smell in fridge, carpet cleaning of the area rug, and dusting of the upstairs AC.

Nice area. Easy to walk to many places. Nice pool. Needs new wicker chair/worn. Front deck dry rotting by patio door floor off of bedroom. Good view of sunrise & sunset.

Great location, but not accessible

We've been traveling to OCMD for over 10 years. This is our first time staying in this particular condo. PROS: The layout was interesting, especially the loft area. Great spot for littles. The location was convenient and the view of the bay amazing. The pool was across the street from the building but largely unused, which made it feel like we had a private pool. Back Bay Adventures was right downstairs and by far, the best jet ski rentals we've used yet. We booked an hour right there in the bay behind our building and had an absolute blast! Our son did a lot of fishing right there too, which was nice. Also a market at the end of the street within walking distance. CONS: The unit could use a little updating and TLC... We did not find the living room furniture or any of the beds comfortable at all. The master bathroom door would not close properly, and we were unable to watch tv in the master bedroom (it just kept spooling). Not a deal breaker because we spent a lot of time out, but sometimes you just want to wind down at the end of the day with a little tv before bed. The a/c is not consistent throughout (the kitchen/living room area where the thermostat is located was set at 72 and felt cold, while the master bedroom was much warmer) The 3 flights of stairs leading up to the unit were varying heights and tilted, making for several tripping incidents among all the members of our party. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Great little place for a family with children.

Fantastic OC Vacation

Property was great with an awesome view of the bay! Neighbors were friendly! Not one item was needed in the kitchen. Owners did a fantastic job utilizing every inch of space. My family and I had a great vacation!!!

Location, location, location

You can't beat the location of this property, right on the bay and a short walk to the boardwalk. The condo was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.
