Close to the beach!

This was our 4th stay in this house. We love the location (just a few minutes walk to the beach!), the layout of the house, the stocked kitchen, and the ice maker downstairs for coolers! We had a few problems this trip though. When we got there, we had to vacuum because there was dog hair everywhere. They did refund our cleaning fee for that. It also got really hot upstairs, but Jennifer sent someone out right away to get that fixed (although it still is much warmer upstairs than downstairs). There are things that need taken care of in the house, but I think that’s normal for a rental. The price is still great for the location. Jennifer was very helpful with all the issues we had. Thanks again for a great stay!

Perfect home!

This was our second year staying in this home and it was perfect for our family of 8. The home is beautiful, clean, extremely well stocked, in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, and a very short walk to the ocean. Highly recommend this home for your beach stay!

A great stay for multiple families!

We enjoyed renting this beach house. It was so nice that the kitchen had things like oils, sugar, spices, multiple coffee makers (one for keurig/one for ground.) There was plenty of space for several families. The beds were very comfortable! We also enjoyed the hangout area underneath the house with a swing. We could easily contact the owners. Thanks so much for a pleasant and comfortable stay!

Relaxing and wonderful

The property had comfortable beds, lots of space, and a was only a short walk to the beach! We especially enjoyed the selection of books and board games the property had to offer. A short drive/golf cart ride to Ocean Isle Beach restaurants and entertainment. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Amazing!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family. It’s beautifully decorated, clean, and well taken care of. Very spacious and extremely well stocked. It’s located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood with two pools within a short walking distance. The ocean is less than a five minute walk away. The owners have done so many things to make this house feel like your own home for the week. On past vacations, after a week, we are usually ready to get back to our own home, but not this time. This home provided so much comfort and space, we didn’t want to leave. We HIGHLY recommend this home and we can’t wait to spend another vacation there!

Great location

We enjoyed our time at Jennifer’s home. She was very responsive with everything that we needed. The location is absolutely perfect. Easily walkable back-and-forth to the beach. We joined two other couples, and brought her two year old daughter. We were able to put the pack and play in a large closet without closing the door, which was perfect. Home was fully stocked with everything that we needed. Would definitely recommend in the future.

Small things missing

I knew linens were not provided so I was prepared, but will not book a property without linens in the future. The community pool should have chairs and umbrellas. The out house at the community pool was below standard for this community. The house was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Our family had a great time.

Another great trip to OIB

We've stayed at this property three times and have always had a great trip. The kitchen is well-stocked and there's plenty of space for everyone to relax. We love that the pool is just a short walk away for the days that are breezy on the ocean. Jennifer quickly addressed an issue that we found upon arrival with the owners and has always been very friendly to speak with. We hope to have stays at this property again in the future!

OIB House

Quaint & Cozy on Ocean Isle

This was our first time in Ocean Isle and if we had the opportunity to book this home again, it would not be our last. This was an amazing find! The two-story home was in a great area of the beach with great add-ons. Although we didn't use it there was a swung and BBQ grill at the home. It was clean, nicely decorated, with plenty of space for our party of four to relax. The owners were extremely nice to work with and accessible to answer our questions when needed. The check in/checkout process was a breeze. The only downside was the description of the bed sizes was a little off, however we made it work. If you get the chance BOOK this beautiful home.

We had a great time at the property. The house was spacious downstairs, and plenty of room to move about the bedrooms. The neighborhood was quiet and it was just a short walk to the beach. We’d for sure stay here again.
