“Delightful property and to our surprise, the elves spent lots of hours decorating for Christmas! It was just magical. We attended the Peter Anderson Arts Festival and this was such a convenient location. Vendors set up just right down from the property. The property itself is fantastic! Every detail was thought out. We lacked for nothing. The hosts were so welcoming & there if we needed anything, which we didn't ! We highly recommend The Porch. We stayed in the Olive Suite and loved it!! ”

“Great location! The house is within walking distance of the restaurants and shops on Washington and Government. The beach is less than a mile away. The front porch with the locked gate was great. Our dog really enjoyed people watching from the porch. The host answered all of our questions quickly and was flexible to meet our schedule. Would definitely stay here again!”
