You and your family will feel right at home in this beautiful, spacious, modern, luxury, air-conditioned 4 bedroom and a bonus room, 4 full bathroom home with a pool table and a large backyard complete with a hot tub and fire pit! Truly an Endless Summer in O'side.

Not only is this property perfect for families and leisure travelers, but it's also great for companies and business travelers!

The space
Take advantage of the magical master suite with a king-size bed and a large soaking tub with natural light beaming through the large window. The fully equipped kitchen looks right out to the spacious, grassy backyard where all of the fun will be had! Spend those gorgeous Oceanside evenings sitting around the fire pit, grilling on the BBQ, or relaxing in the sparkling hot tub - what more can you ask for? Don’t forget the beach is only 5.5 miles away!

- QUIET HOURS: 9pm - 9am
- NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, OR EVENTS ALLOWED & NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER-OCCUPY THE HOME. Strictly enforced.
- There shall be no video, still photography, or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner.

RESERVATIONS: All Reservations are subject to Property Owner approval. A member of our team will be in touch soon to go over all the rules and send you check-in instructions.

ARRIVAL TIME: Check-in time is NO EARLIER than 4 pm.

DEPARTURE TIME: Check out time is NO LATER than 11:00 am. Your prompt departure is appreciated so we can prepare the unit for any incoming guests. If you have not arranged for a late check out, you may be charged $35 for each hour beyond 11:00 am if you still occupy the property, with a minimum charge of one hour. If the unit has not been vacated by 4 pm, a fee equal to the rental rate of 2 ½ days may be assessed.

PLEASE NOTE!
- Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child-proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
- If you need a Pack and Play and a High Chair for your visit? Please let our team members know if you need a pack n' play or high chair. There is a $25 fee, per stay for renting a high chair and a $35 fee for a pack n' play.
- Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.
- Exterior surveillance cameras are recording video 24/7.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee.
- Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee).
- Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.

Note: The fireplace is decorative only and not available for guest use

STRICT NOISE ORDINANCE: No loud noises, music, parties or loud vehicles are allowed between the hours of 9:00pm and 9:00am. Please note if these are not followed you can be fined and asked to vacate the property without any type of refund.

​APPROVED GUESTS, USE AND OCCUPANCY: The Premises are for the sole use as a personal vacation residence by Approved Guests. Reserving Guest is responsible for any guests that use the property during the term of this agreement. Guests may not exceed Max Occupancy for Property at any time. If the Premise are used, in any way, by more than max allowed guests this shall constitute a material breach of this agreement, and 1) Guest and all others may be required to immediately leave the Premises and/or may be removed from the Premises; and, 2) Guests forfeits their right to return of any monies collected, including security deposit. Approved Guests are persons who will occupy the Premises. No unlawful activity or any other activity that constitutes a nuisance is permitted on Premises. Approved Guests take full responsibility for all lost or broken items, and any damages to the Property of any kind, as well as any injury sustained by themselves, any person in their party or any other person on the premises with their knowledge and consent.

PETS: Pets are not allowed in unit . Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits. If discovery of unauthorized pets is made after your departure, a penalty of $300/day plus any additional cleaning charges will be assessed. Any extra cleaning that must be done because of pet(s) will be charged to renter at rate of $60 an hour.

NO SMOKING: Smoking is NOT permitted in Property (this prohibition extends to “vaping” as well). If smoking does occur on the Premises: 1) Guests are responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns, odors and removal of debris; 2) Guests may be required to immediately leave the Premises, or be removed from the Premises; 3) Guests are in bre
ach of this Agreement. If there is any tobacco smell in the unit after your departure, there will be a minimum $250 charge, and a further charge may be assessed in order to clean and/or mitigate any tobacco smell. Oil lamps and incense are not permitted due to the long-lasting odor. If these policies are violated, there will be a charge for excessive cleaning.

NO COMMERCIAL USE: Guests shall not, and shall ensure that Guest and licensees or Guest shall not: 1) disturb, annoy, endanger, or interfere with other Guests of the building in which Premises is located or its neighbors; 2) use the Premises for any commercial or unlawful purpose including, but not limited to, using, manufacturing, selling, storing, or transporting illicit drugs or other contraband; 3) violate any law or ordinance; or 4) commit waste or nuisance on or about the Premises.

MAINTENANCE AND REPORTING: Guest shall properly use, operate and safeguard the Premises including, if applicable, any landscaping, furniture, furnishings, appliances and all mechanical, electrical, gas and plumbing fixtures, and keep them clean and sanitary. Guest shall immediately notify Management of any problem, malfunction or damage. Guest shall pay for all damage to the Premises because of failure to report a problem, malfunction or damage in a timely manner.

RIGHT OF ENTRY: Guest(s) agree that reserves the right to enter the rental property any time to investigate disturbances, check occupancy, check for damage, to make such repairs, alterations or improvements as we may deem appropriate, or to show the property to prospective purchasers or guests (in which case prior notification will be given).

CHECK OUT CLEANING REQUIREMENTS: A starter supply of expendable supplies such as paper goods and soap is provided; please bring additional if you feel this will not be adequate. Basic cleaning supplies are stocked to do your own cleaning during your stay. Housekeeping is not provided during your stay unless previously arranged.

SECURITY & SAFETY RISKS: ALWAYS LOCK DOORS AND WINDOWS WHEN YOU LEAVE THE UNIT! When you rent the unit, you assume responsibility for it and its contents, as well as your personal property. Always lock the doors and windows when you leave the unit. Guest is responsible for lost key replacement costs. Children are welcome, but there are conditions in and around the home that may pose hazardous to them, as well as to adults. Endless Summer in O'side does not assume any responsibility for injuries resulting from your failure to use due caution. Children must be supervised at all times.
