"Room 1 needs to have the door handle/lock replaced. The key would spin around and around and you would have to catch it just right to unlock. The AC needs to be replaced also. The room was a good value for the price and within walking distance to everything in town."

"The house was very dirty upon arrival. All items such as kayaks and toys were all very old and dirty, no work was done upon arrival, floors were dirty, there was a bunch of cob webs in windows.
