Wasn’t sure how to set heating timer. And next door there are elderly neighbours who must be deaf- they are night owls and I’m sure their tv is directly opposite the wall of bed stand. Was maybe 2am before all was quiet. Also nothing to do with house but there were scrambler bikes going up and down...

"Host there to welcome us when we arrived. He helped to carry in the luggage and showed us how the hot water and heating worked. Amenities were ideal with breakfast food items included plus a bottle of Prosecco and shortbread as a thoughtful Christmas gift. The property had been decorated for Christmas - another kind and thoughtful touch. The property was spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. "Enjoyed my stay only issue I had was on returning to hotel late one night there was a man sat on sofa which asked me as I walked in what my room number was, I said I ain’t telling you my room number. Entered the lift then the receptionist opened lift and told me to come to reception so they can check my booking. I am assuming the man on sofa may have been security but he didn’t say who he was just what’s your room number. I told them I didn’t want to give my room number to a random man sat on sofa as I am a woman staying alone"

"Arrived and got checked-in quickly. Had a bit of a walk to our room as a lot of the rooms are towards the back of the hotel. Had a nice stay and sleep. Did think it was going to be loud/noisy as there was a wedding going on but it was really quiet and couldn't fault the stay. Never had breakfast/food but the bar area etc looked really nice"
