They should call it the black mold hotel. The room was full of mold. The idiot that I had to deal with to get out of there Trying to give me another room, it's 1/3 rate dump full of mold, don't waste your time or money or risk your health! Not only did a wall have black mold growing all up and down it, we found two bugs crawling around one in the bathroom one across the TV stand. And the door frame had been split from somebody breaking in! I have photos.

If you can just avoid staying here. I moved my reservation to another hotel next week. Staff is rude and not truth telling, bathroom is dirty and room damp.

The hotel was so hot. It was hot in the lobby, hallways and in my first room. You did move me to another room because the air was not working which was a better temperature. It was not clean cobwebs in the corners and the bathroom was not clean. The drain was super slow. The room had a strange smell.

Customer service was great. However, The hotel is not maintained. Our first room-bathroom toilet seat was broken, tp holder hanging by a thread and no hair dryer. Then the air conditioner started leaking and we had to be moved. Second room bathroom towel rack was on the sink, remote was taped on and there was to in the peep hole.

I should have read the reviews before booking!! There was no person at the front desk, just a kiosk with a person basically in Skype! The towels were stained, broken appliances, noisy! Breakfast was non existent except for cereal even the coffee pots were switched off. I’m starting to feel any hotel or motel owned by “Wyndham” are bad, the first experience was in Sturbridge MA.. save your money and time book somewhere else!

I ha e a service dog. I was not allowed to stay close to my 84 year old Mom because I have a service dog and she needed a handicap room. I went into her room to help her and had my dog with me and was yelled at in front of other customers and told to get out of my Mom.'s room. When I left the room, the manager followed me down the hall yelling at me.
