“You come to Anna Maria to get close to the water, but every evening you head back to your hotel and miss out. Why not stay on a boat? When we saw this unique listing we decided to surprise the family and try it out. The boat and the location did not disappoint. The marina is private with security and very quiet. There is a food truck for breakfast every morning. The boat itself is clean, comfortable and well appointed. Check in was super easy and the host maintained constant contact. Recommend !”

“A great adventure for a couple. Centrally located to all major attractions in Sarasota and just minutes from SRQ airport. Home is practically brand new and reminds us of our boating adventures. Make sure to kayak the canals and walk to the sunset beach in the little neighborhood to the west. Tom, the host was super helpful and did a great job in building the water home. Make sure you get the exact address of the marina too. Enjoy!!”

The owner would not respond in a timely manner, unable to get back to the boat for approximately 5 1/2 hours. “This property was double booked and we were therefore forced to take a much smaller houseboat. Property manager claimed that she was going to give us a partial refund however never did. Ignored several of my messages and now claims that they don’t know what I am talking about! Poor communication! ”

“We had some amazing days in this beach house as a family. Everything you need, plus everything is brand new so you kindda feel like you are in a 5 stars house. the beach is 2 blocks away and is really really nice. we had been to some other anna maria island beaches but i think we all prefer this one. Also, the service by phone is really good, they take care of anything you may need. Will come back again.”
