"We were very happy with this property. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay for 1-2 people. It is actually bigger than what might be initially perceived when you consider the foyer as a place to store things (eg luggage), the balcony with a grill and the community propery sitting areas. And despite it being a small place it is nicely decorated. If you don't require gathering space within the unit it is perfect for sleeping, preparing simple meals and as a home base for the area...

"The place was perfect; exactly how it is described. There were many little extras: a crate for the furbabies, a secure fenced area for the dog, clean up bags for the dogs, coffee, filters, shampoo, toothpate, q tips, etc. It also had plenty of toilet paper towels and rags, and more. We had so much fun and plenty of room for everyone. The rental had so many games and activities that are on the property grounds for guests to use and enjoy. We would glady stay here again."

"We really enjoyed Betsie River Cabin, it was everything it advertised and more, we used the canoe and also kayaked the river. It was great to launch from the property! We had great campfires and played ping pong, the hot tub was great after a day on the river. The hosts are very gracious and thought of everything. We will probably return sometime!"

"We absolutely loved the property and cabin. Very relaxing. The only negative part out of our entire weekend was the beds were the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. We tried the pullout bed even but it was still hard as a rock just like the upstairs one. We would love to come back but hopefully there will be a different mattress available."

Only issues were minor, some silverware had to be rewashed, personal communication was non-existant leaving it unclear how to ask questions for like finding extra blankets...which we never found. "The location is perfect for hiking, kayaking, biking and just being outdoors. The house itself is comfortable, roomy and accommodated 4 adults and one dog quite comfortably. The view from the patio is striking, overlooking the Betsie and lots of wildlife especially in the spring with many birds nesting including trumpeter swans. Really nice. It was our 4th time staying here and we hope to return in the fall. It is very nice indeed!"

"Guys golf-weekend for four of us. 15 minutes from Arcadia Bluffs and 15 minutes from a grocery store, pizza place and small town. Cooked some meals in a well supplied kitchen and great Weber Grill. Local products offered like FRESH eggs, honey and sugars made/farmed from the owners across the driveway. Very nice people and pleasant to talk to the one time we did. Beds were all very comfortable very clean all around! Would recommend and come back."

"We loved our stay. We visited Frankfort and went to Sleeping Bear which was a 40 min drive away. The rest of the time we spent on the lake and enjoyed Kayaking. We had to share with other people but they where all really nice. That wasnt an issue at all. Overall we plan to come back again next year."
