Absolutely amazing family vacation spot. Stayed in Destin and Cancun previously and the family loved this place just as much if not more. Highly recommend.

I will start by saying the check in sucked. After an 11 hour drive the front desk had closed early... I was under the impression that they wouldnt close til 6 but we made it there at 5 and they had closed. Finally security checked us in. The room was nice and clean. The spa tub in the master room did not work. The views were beautiful! Someone had pulled the emergency alarm and my mom had to go down 17 flights of stairs for a false alarm... that is alot for an older person and they didnt let anyone know until they had made it all the way downstairs that it was a false alarm. They do serve breakfast here but only if you book directly through spectrum... they wont even let you pay for it as another guest which I thought was dumb!!! The condo itself was nice and spacious we absolutely loved it!!! We were disappointed the spa tub in the master didnt work!!! Also someone came and unlocked the balcony hot tub while we were out and we were never notified of them coming! I knew they were checked daily it just creeped me out we werent made aware before they stopped by.

Great amenities, condo had some challenges

Overall, we had a great trip! The condo itself has a lot of amenities for families with beachfront access.We did have a couple of issues in our unit, though. The pans and cookware left a lot to be desired. The pans were incredibly scratched up and pretty much unusable.The linens that were included for our pullout beds did not have blankets so we were pretty cool the first night. When we reached out to the property manager, they did bring blankets the following day.The single bed pull out in one of the bedrooms was so large that it didn't even fit in the room once it was converted into a pullout. We had to pull the dresser all the way over to where it blocked the bedroom door.It was very convenient having a grill on the patio, but the grill took forever to heat up.We tried to run the dishwasher several times and noticed that it didn't work. Upon further investigation, somebody turned the water nozzle off, before we got to our unit so we were unable to wash dishes on our first two days.Overall, we had a very good experience, but I think management needs to be made aware of some of these issues.

Excellent

Amenities at this facility is amazing. We had 9 total in our group. Ages 10-50 and everyone was entertained. Daily activities, indoor/outdoor pools, balcony hot tub and grill, lazy river and water slide, pickleball court. The 4th of July fireworks show was the best I’ve ever seen. Watched from our balcony! The kids and teens had a blast. We will be coming back again.

The turquoise is great but this unit was less than impressive. It’s on the market and feels like it’s been neglected. Multiple things were broken including the sliding door lock, hot tub, and a bed. They did come fix things but inconvenient to have to deal with.

Great Spring Break Experiece

We stayed with our family of four plus a set of grandparents for a cheerleading competition with my daughter and a few of her teammates stayed in the same building, everyone had a great time and the place was perfect and met every need, in a great location to get to anywhere you would want to go

Great condo

We enjoyed this unit, everything was available and the property manager was very easy to get in touch with. We had a problem with our hot tub, which caused it to be out for a couple of days and we were given a partial refund for that inconvenience. The pillows were very thin and I would bring your own pillows. Also no extra blankets to lounge around in, but all in all we enjoyed the cleanliness and the location.

Great place

We had a little hi Kip, with a rotten shrimp smell in the refrigerator, but they quickly brought in a lemon scent that helped. Other than that it was great!

Golf Tournament

We decided to stay at Turquoise because our husbands were in a golf tournament but we want to stay beside restaurants etc. The room was amazing. Much larger than anticipated. The 400 activities was an added plus. We did the Dolphin Cruise and was blown away at the wild life and the crew. The room had all the amenities you could ask for, between all the kitchen items to beach chairs and even a wheely cart to take them to the beach. Would definitely come back and stay!

Beautiful Condo!

The condo was absolutely beautiful and located on the beach. Each room had a king size bed and private bathroom making it ideal for our family. It was very spacious for our group of 5 adults that we didn't feel like we were constantly on top of each other.

Property Neglected

Balcony door not functional. Dryer not functional which was a big problem. Several electrical receptacles did not work. Bed in master bedroom was very uncomfortable. Number of entertainment venues less that I expected. Overall I think Portofino is best for me.

Not a Premium Property for Premium Price

Spacious with adequate room for family. However, the shortcomings are too numerous to list here. Perhaps the most dramatic was that the sliding glass door to the patio does not work. All the other issues stem from overuse and antiquated furniture and fixtures. Overall, it's a nice place at a good location but definitely not Premier Property. Gets a C+ or B-

Great Property

Was a good value and was extremely spacious. Well appointed and plenty of quality cookware and plates etc. Check-in was easy and elevators are fast. Fantastic view. Would definitely stay here again
