Perfect family getaway!

The condo was beautiful and clean, and the view is amazing! It was perfect for our family! We would absolutely stay again! Only minor problem was that the master tub did not drain properly, but there was never anyone in the office. Regardless of that, we had a wonderful stay.

Really cute place. The paint and furniture were fresh, comfy and cozy. Great beach access. Wonderful gulf front view. Situated perfectly to enjoy dining and nightlife. As well as groceries and shopping. We will be back!

Beautiful

Beautiful & perfectly located to the beach. Clean condo in good condition. Nice hot water. PSA: It’s bare bones, no frills (ie: no salt & pepper). Minor issues reported upon arrival. Front doorstop needs fixed, it always falls down.

Amazing stay.

Very impressed with the condo. Extremely clean. No trouble getting in. Comfortable. The balcony was prefect. Not a far walk at all to the beach. We stayed right on the beach side. Would love to go back to this place.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was roomy. It needs updating in kitchen utensils. There were barely enough for us use to eat meals. Installing grab bars in the bath areas would really help. Otherwise, it was a great place.

Girls trip

Me my sisters and my mom and my niece who just graduated stayed here it was awesome easy to get to the beach and location was great! For those wondering there is a place to rent chairs on this beach i think its called gulf coast ! Had a blast would definitely book again! Beds were comfy and the place was clean!!

We enjoyed our stay in 515. The balcony was amazing. The condo was cozy. The kitchen was not as stocked as we expected. The silverware inventory needs to be improved. Overall was a great experience.Vascas was great to deal with and even texted that the condo was available 2 hours early.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at The Palms. It is in a great location with a short boardwalk out to the sand. The indoor pool was great on rainy days. We really enjoyed taking in the view from the glider rockers on the balcony. The property had upgraded their pool furniture since the listing pictures. That was a pleasant surprise. The unit did have a Keurig, which I wasn't sure about from the pictures or description. The master bath has a tub shower combo. The tub is larger and deeper than an average tub. The interior walls could use some fresh paint and patching where the furniture has scuffed the walls. Check in and out was seamless.

Perfect Girls’ Trip

Love the spacious balcony with ample, comfortable furniture. Great location. Well-stocked kitchen. Plenty of room for five. This was our second year at this unit and we’ll be back!

In town for conference

I selected this property due to the seating on the balcony. I knew we wouldn’t have much sunlight hours on the beach due to work but wanted to comfortably enjoy the wind and waves from the condo. The balcony was our favorite place in this unit!! The photos are well done and really sold me on this unit. Unfortunately there were several issues that I couldn’t see when booking. The couch was DISGUSTINGLY dirty. We had to cover it with a blanket and some extra pillow cases from the bedroom in order to use it. There was mold in both showers as well as on the vents in multiple bedrooms. There was greasy dust above and on the cabinets in the kitchen. This unit has a lot of potential but must have a deep clean otherwise it won’t have repeat travelers.

Shaky start, but great stay and beautiful condo!

The property itself was wonderful! Accommodations were as advertised and the location was perfect. Check in was not smooth as the entry code I was sent did not work, nor had the unit been cleaned when we arrived around 4:45 pm. After contacting Vacasa, we received a code that worked to open the door and they sent a cleaning service to clean the condo while we went to dinner.

Do not stay at this property!

My friend and I were in town with a group of children for a gymnastics competition. We parked in the lot at 5:30 and by 7:30 both our cars had been towed because while unpacking and getting settled we didn’t immediately put the parking passes in the window. We got the runaround from the property management, the security company, the security guard, and the tow yard. No one was willing to help despite the fact we were lawfully in the lot. As a result each of us had to pay $250 CASH to retrieve our rental cars. To add insult to injury, the Neanderthal at the tow yard told me he asked the security guard if he knocked on our unit prior to towing the cars and was told “we don’t do that anymore”. No doubt their “security officers” are getting 50 bucks car!!! You should also know you can only park two cars there even with the parking permits. If you are planning on having guess you will have to shuttle them to Publix to park. Also, the management company gave us the wrong code for the door lock which caused many phone calls and delay to us entering the unit in the first place.

Great views

Amazing views from balcony. We saw dolphins every am. Beach was great not crowded. Condo was clean and roomy. Would definitely stay again. Only negative if I had to list was was box foundation on bed was creaky.

Great ace and location

Were able to check in early which was a nice surprise after our long Thanksgiving trek south. Condo was perfect for our needs. Huge balcony. I don't think you can walk fewer steps anywhere to the beach. We will be back when looking to stay in OB again.
