Family Disney vacation ♥️
Wonderful trip!! This home was everything we imagined and more. Close to Disney’s resorts and easy to get to. Everyone at the resort was so nice and helpful. The kids never ran out of anything to do! They were exhausted at the end of every day!!!!! Would definitely recommend to anyone planning a Disney trip or family vacation. My grandson (7yrs) wanted Grandma to buy the house LOL!!

The Palace
This place was nothing short of amazing. My family and I had the best time. The amenities on the premises are to die for. The check in process was very easy. We had a TV issue and the property manager came right over to fix it. I had questions and they were accessible. I would definitely visit this property again.

We had an Amazing Time!!
The property was wonderful, there was plenty of space for everyone and my grand children loved the pool, the arcade room and theme rooms. It was one of our best spring break family vacations.

Can't wait to return
This was our family's 2nd stay in this incredible house. The house was clean with all the necessary amenities available. There is plenty of space to gather together as a large family or to allow everyone to enjoy their own pursuits (pool, patio area, game room, movie theater room, Cinderella room, Star Wars room). The location is ideal, being near the end of street with very little traffic in the resort. Lilia was very responsive to any of our questions and needs before and during our stay. We couldn't ask for more and our planning dates for our next return to the property.

Great Family Experience
The house was bigger than expected, every room has its own washroom and lots of places for the kids to play. Pool area with hot tub got a lot of use. If we had to list any issues I’d say the Wifi would sometimes be an issue and and the theatre was not the easiest to operate but once we figured it out it was fine. The host was very gracious and quick to respond with any questions.

Lots of Space, a Smattering of Little Things Wrong
We found this house when looking for a place for our entire family to stay. The house itself is nice, it is in need of some upkeep. Most of the games in the game room didn’t work or were broken in some fashion. The HDMI cable in the theater room was so old that it was sliding out of the projector. We also had to put our own batteries in the controller. The stove was broken, and only one burner barely worked. We used recommendations from the listing company to hire a private chef and the chef struggled to cook the meal due to this issue. The cable was disconnected from most of the TVs in the house, and would require account access to fix, so we weren’t able to utilize those either. Also know if you plan on cooking/needing to do dishes, you’ll have to buy your own detergent because they don’t provide you with more than 1 pod for the dishwasher. Just a lot of small things that when added up, made our stay a little frustrating. The house was spacious, the beds were comfortable and we loved that each room had its own bathroom. It was a really nice feature, especially when multiple families within the family were all staying together.

Hi Gina, We are very sorry for the issues you mentioned and we have taken all the feedbacks seriously. Since then we have replaced the skee ball machine in the game room to a commercial basketball machine and made sure the theater has a new HDMI cable. The stove technician was having a hard time sourcing the correct parts for this model as it is a discontinued model from a discontinued brand, therefore we went ahead and bought a new stove that was installed. I am sorry you were able to watch the cable as that was definitely meant to be free for the guests to enjoy, I wished you had told us during your stay and we would be happy to come out right away to address this. We always leave a starter pack of supplies for the guests that has 6 dishwasher pods and other stuff, since then we have started providing unlimited dishwasher pods for the guests' convivence. It is a pity that we did not have the chance to address these issues as we were not informed until after your departure, we have corrected them so that the future guests can enjoy the home. We truly appreciate your feedbacks that helped us improve our property.

Beautiful house
The house was amazing! We had a few minor issues but they were taken care of with the exception that there was an internet outage for 3 of our 4 days there so we were not able to take advantage of the movie theater room. Our family had a great vacation!

Great place!
The house was beautiful. The pool and grotto got tons of use! Plenty of space for 10 people and 2 kids with room to spare. Disney parks were only 20 minutes away and a very easy drive. There were very minor issues, such as one of the game controllers was broken, few other things, but did not greatly affect our stay. We would stay here again and recommend this place for any family looking to visit the parks. Thanks again.

Family holiday
Great property perfect size for family of 10. Hosts very efficient at getting any repairs needed in first few days completed promptly. Patio was a bit tired looking. A couple of sunbed mattresses were ripped and torn. Cushions on patio set in need of cleaning or replacing. Lots of rubbish left by previous occupiers thrown over back fence. A guide to parking correctly in the road outside property would be of help to overseas visitors. Also bin pick up days advise would be helpful as if 2 cars parked on drive bins could not be removed by company. None of last comments affected our stay negatively. Overall a great property for location to Disney parks and family games in the cinema room, pool table room and garage games room.

Very pleasant, but needs attention.
Enjoyed our stay there, but many small things needed attention. Property has many nice features that we enjoyed, but many games and appliances were worn out or needing attention to work properly. The owner responded quickly to requests and many things were tended to, but not all were able to be repaired. In spite of the the minor annoyances we had a great week there.

House was wonderful! The only issues we had was that the alarms system kept going off and I had to reset it. Door handle on the freezer is a little loose. Very very minor issues just wanted you to know. Would recommend this house

Awesome family vacation
The house was perfect for a reunion of our family of 15! So much do in the area, but the house was also great with a game room, pool and theatre room….to the point that if we never left the house it would have been a perfect vacation! We’ll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed this house. It was beautiful and very clean. Extremely quiet neighborhood. The only issues were some items not working properly or at all. The management was responsive but unable to fix things while we were there. It wouldn't stop me from renting from them again or the specific house. It was a wonderful week.

All in all this is a lovely property that lends itself to a large family gathering. The theme rooms provide play space and sleep area. Heated pool a plus.

40th Anniversary

Family Vacation in the Cinderella House
The house was amazing. The kids went from movie theater, to game room and then to pool. Completely kept them entertained. Can’t say enough about the pool. Loved the privacy. The kids loved the grotto and the parents loved the hot tub. Hope to come back again in a few years.

Overall a good property but lacks routine maintenance
Overall the place looks like the pictures. It was nice to walk into a fully set up house with tons of amenities. The pool was great and highly recommend having it heated during the winter. The kids were in it everyday. All the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. The listing needs some routine maintenance that has been neglected. One of the dishwashers was clogged on arrival with foul smelling liquid at the bottoms. This was taken care of right away. However the stove only had 2 of the 6 burners working properly. The other 4 would continually click for the starter when in use. The ice maker would have been nice if there wasn’t mold in the bin. We took it upon ourselves to clean that out. Also there were several towel and toilet paper holders falling out of the walls. I would also recommend the property updates the use of exercise facility. We attempted to use the code at the location listed, which didn’t work. We tried to discuss with the clubhouse and got the run around, so we gave up.

Highly recommend this house!
This property was excellent in every way. To our delight, the house was perfectly clean. Between the enormous kitchen and living area, game room, Cinderella and Star Wars rooms, the theater room, pool, and covered table area outside, our family of 10 had plenty of room to spread out as well as gather together for fun and relaxation. The location of the house is excellent, near the end of a quiet street. The property manager responded promptly to any questions throughout the booking process and during our stay. Really can't say enough good about the property. We are already looking at dates to make another booking for next year!

Family Christmas Trip
The house is beautiful and the location is perfect. We had 10 adults and 4 kids ages 1-6. They loved the pool and the Water Park. Lillia was the best! We had issues with the pool heater and she showed up on Christmas Eve/Day to fix the problem. Only drawback was the cleanliness. When you have an 8-bed/9 bath home, there's no way 2 people can clean it all in 7 hours between groups. Although the cleaning crew did set up a Christmas tree before we arrived, which was a nice surprise. We'd definitely go back!

Thanksgiving Week Disney Vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed this property. The game room was fun for the kids. The house was well equipped with kitchen utensils and bath towels which is always a plus. They have two laundry rooms which is great to wash clothes while on a long vacation. We love reunion resort subdivision. Access to the waterpark was a great addition. I would highly recommend. Best VRBO to date
The pictures of this house do not do it justice. We were blown away by the cleanliness, spaciousness, amenities, etc. Responsiveness of the host was excellent. We rent per reviews so for full transparency I will include the negatives as well which did not do enough to downgrade any category from the 5 stars it deserves. There was a game not working in the game room. We told the host and she came over to check it out. It couldn't be fixed but that's understandable. The Foosball table had some sticky parts and the air hockey seemed like it could use a tune up but still fun and usable nonetheless. Kitchen had most everything we needed to make all meals in the house with the exception of a regular sheet pan, so we made due with tin foil in the oven. Oh and an ice cream scoop but that's getting really picky. Rooms and bathrooms are amazing! One person in the party said their bed was uncomfortable but no complaints from the other guests. There was a leak in one bedroom on a very heavy rain day, like all day of rain. The host seemed to be aware of that. The pool and hot tub were one of our favorite hangouts. We were in it everyday. There's a choice to get it heated for an extra fee during colder months...it's worth it! It was professionally cleaned twice in the week we stayed. Pool room and movie room are amazing! I need to have those recliners in my home! We enjoyed there was an XBOX in there already and we could hook up our Sling and watch movies. The themed Star Wars and Cinderella rooms are a dream! The kids absolutely loved them! Location is perfect as we went to Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld. It is centrally located.. Waterpark also a must which is included in the stay.. All in all, we have never rented a better house. This will be the one to beat!

Beautiful property for a family stay
We just finished our vacation and can’t say enough about this house. The pool, billiards room, game room, and theater room were some of our favorite things but nothing beats that Cinderella bed. Truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience for little girls who love princesses.

Amazing house!
Pictures do not do justice to this beautiful home! My family had such a amazing time, the home was so spacious and CLEAN! We had to fight with the kids to leave the backyard to go to Disney. Will definitely book this home for all of our Disney trips in the future

Orlando vacation February 2021
So we recently stayed at this house for a week. From the moment we arrived at the resort we were stunned by this location. It's the perfect location for anyone visiting the area. The house was outstanding! If you're impressed with the pictures, you'll be blown away when you see it in person. Beautiful inside and out, detailed and the themed rooms are a dream come true, for any child visiting. The management team is exceptional. They responded quickly whenever I needed something and worked my family during our stay. I highly recommend this location and any other home, David and staff manage. If you have children under the age of 5 that are in the stages of getting into everything. This house is not for you my son had an accident in the Cinderella room and fell walking to the steps becuase the carpet has a ripple in it and tripped over it and knocked his front teeth out. As well as the wifi is in and out all the time. Other than that the owner was very responsive and very very nice. The pool and hot tub was nice. But you can have either the pool hot or the hot tub hot not both. The grill and outside patio was very nice other than if you have kids and they touch the patio slider the alarm goes off everytime! I know it's a good thing because of kids and all but you should get the option to turn it off incase you need some fresh air. To wrap it up it's a great stay for adults and kids over 7.

This home was absolutely amazing - even more spectacular than the pictures show
This home is very convenient to Disney and all that the Orlando has to offer. It’s perfect for a large family to spread out, multi family vacations, a group golf outing or even a corporate retreat. The pictures show just how beautiful the home is but it’s even more spectacular in person. Everything in the home is like new - we used every room and everything was in perfect working order. Showers, kitchen, laundry, game room, home theater, gorgeous out door area with pool - you don’t even have to leave the house. Super easy to get an Uber at the front door if needed too - some gated areas make it difficult for these sorts of services but we used Uber several times as well as had food delivered - all was super quick. The owner was super friendly and accommodating when we accidentally left our clothes in the dryer and needed to get them after checking out. We will absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful property-was perfect for our family
19 children and grandchildren (ages 3-10) spent 4 days in the property. The grands thought the movie theatre, foosball and air hockey was over the top. The little girls loved the castle bed and the Cinderella carriage bed. The boys thought the star wars rooms was perfect. The parents liked having their own room with king bed and bath. We, the grandparents, enjoyed seeing everyone happy.

Fairy Tale Home While At Disneyworld!
Large family of 13 stayed very comfortably in this gorgeous mansion. Swimming pool, hot tub and beautiful outside patio. Kids loved it and the house gave us enough room for everyone to be more than comfortable. Huge bedrooms and big entertaining area. David, the owner was fantastic to work with. With four families in one home, this house was much less expensive than any hotel and we got a lot more for our money. Thank you David!
