Disappointed
I recently stayed at this VRBO this past week for a Disney vacation. It is about a 30 minute drive to get to Disney from the house. The drive wasn’t terrible but knowing we were going back to that VRBO every night was not worth the money. Let me start with check in — I arrived around 10:30PM and didn’t leave the check in place until an hour after since they didn’t have my updated reservation dates from the owner. After traveling all day, standing around waiting for the check in people to figure out the situation was very frustrating. It very clear from the images the house is not up to date but truly this place really needs to be updated and cleaned properly. The house may appear “clean” but once we started to look closer we noticed it wasn’t. We found a roach in one of our bedrooms and the sheets had dirt all over them. Not only does the place not have an overall cleanly or nice feeling, BUT we also had to keep the AC at 72 or would be charged a fee if the AC froze over…. It is late May and HOT!!! 72 is just not a comfortable temperature for most people to sleep or hangout in when it’s pushing 100 degrees outside. We also couldn’t figure out how to open the back door with its odd locking system. Overall, our stay would have been better in a different rental that was cleaner, updated, and more upkept.

Awesome vacation home
The only thing was they charged for me having a uhaul trailer. They charged for "extra parking" even though my SUV and the uhaul trailer fit fine in the parking spot. Other than that, I love this place! The employee's were so sweet and awesome! The house was clean and it was a quiet area. It's near a Publix and dollar general. I will be coming back.

Nice Place to Stay
Was down for work and a mini vacation with the family. The place was nice with a few areas that could be improved on. Downstairs bedroom lighting needs to be fixed, flickers like a strobe light, batteries in remotes could be checked and replaced, the batteries in thermostat need replacing, and the dryer needs a good cleaning. When cleaning out the lint I noticed a rather large buildup along with lint buildup behind the dryer on the wall. All the lint buildup could lead to a fire. Other than those few things this was a nice place to stay and everyone had a wonderful time on the grounds.

This property was fine for our trip to Orlando. We spent most of our time at the parks, and it worked well for that. Traffic can get pretty heavy so coming home from universal can take over an hour. The property was clean and had lots of towels. The stay could have been improved if it were stocked a little better in other areas. There was no hand soap in the soap dispensers. There was only one extra kitchen trash bag and they were very thin and tore easily. There was no dishwasher detergent and the liquid soap for hand washing of dishes had about an ounce of watered down soap. There were only 3 coffee cups. Each bathroom had a pretty puny bar of soap for washing hands. There were coffee filters, which was much appreciated. It’s a standard coffee pot, not a keurig. The pool area is great. We spent some time there on our one day we didn’t go to the parks. It’s open until 11:00, so we also spent some time there in the evenings on the days the parks closed earlier. There’s a full bar, restaurant, and ice cream at the pool, which is really convenient. They sell floats and have an air pump, which is super helpful! The Publix also sells floats. It can get a little crowded but not so much that you can’t enjoy it. There are lots of things close by, a publix, several restaurants, a CVS. Very convenient in that regard. The house was clean and area was convenient. I feel like it was the bare minimum as far as supplies, and it could easily be improved with just a few minor touches.

It wasn't great
the property and amenities were as described, which is great. We had some issues though. I have pictures if you want them. Big roach on the wall in the bedroom (it's florida, I get it). Wifi instructions in the check in email were incorrect. Downstairs bedroom like flickered like a strobe whenever you turned it on. Every surface of the property above about 5' up was grimy. I had to clean the top of the fridge just to put anything on it. We reached out to the property manager 3 days before check-in and never heard back. Skimpy on household goods (empty dish soap on the sink, 1 80 count roll of paper towels, and if we hadn't brough our own TP we'd have run out). Battery was out in the thermostat, but the property managers husband fixed it the next day. I left my pillow in the master bedroom, and I offered to pay them and pay for shipping to send it to me, but they wouldn't. Not impressed. Again, nothing really wrong with the place, just not real well managed.
