We are very sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. You said you rent a Vrbo as business but it's very clear you are not used to renting "vacation homes' ". Our property is a vacation home located in a private community, it's not a Hotel or Resort without simple rules to follow such as taking out the trash or where you can stay all day long and check out late when you want (as if hotels allowed that too). When you rent a vacation house you will find rules different as hotels, FYI they both work differently. We have more than 4 years renting our house and using other platforms too for renting and we have never had this experience before with any other guests because all guests who rent a vacation house know that there are rules to follow and all guests must follow them to avoid inconveniences (as a Hotel too). It's obvious you don't have any experience renting vacation homes. We recommend that if you can't follow simple rules, keep renting hotels! It's not fair you want to destroy our reputation just for asking to take out your trash!! Rules were specified from the beginning, if you are the kind of person that can't follow the rules, you should cancel before staying.
