Nice House, Smelly Bedroom
The house itself is very nice, it’s in a beautiful location and it’s a newer property. We had a large portion of our stay that was very unpleasant as there was some type of a sewer/septic leak underneath one of the downstairs bedrooms. We called maintenance to have this addressed but it was never fixed while we were there. We had to leave the doors open otherwise the smell would become overwhelming. I submitted a request for some concession for the inconvenience but I’ve not heard anything back from Vacasa or the owners. Only multiple request to submit a review, so here it is. One item of note is the downstairs bedrooms are in the garage/shop. It worked fine for us as far as a layout but may not be a great environment for some families and it wasn’t very clear in the description.

Lovely river front retreat
This house was a great location for Our annual wine country journey. It was perfect for four couples. Beds were comfortable, view was beautiful and the deck was perfect for morning relaxation outside. We could recommend that you let renters know that items like hand soap and body soap are not provided. User manuals for the dishwasher and tv’s would be helpful. There is some maintenance that needs to be attended to. The ice maker appeared jammed and was leaking water on the floor. This was communicated to the property manager but nothing seemed to have been done. The door on the oven did not fully close. These would not prevent us from returning.

Great place for family gathering
This is a beautiful property but not without it's down falls. You have to be able to climb A LOT of stairs to get to the main living quarters. We were all able bodies so not to much of a problem but you did plan your trips up and down with more thought so you didn't have to go up again. Gorgeous view! Home was very nice and perfect for kids of all ages. Dock access was great! There wasn't beach access for wading. Little home maintenance issues but not a big deal. Over all I would rent this one again!
